Prologue

This is the book 2 of Alpha King’s witch mate book. It is a book about Kane and Eva’s love story. This can be read as a standalone as well but if you read the first one first, this will hit differently.

Prologue...

People call him ruthless. He is labelled as the Heartless Alpha. He was once a good man with the kindest soul but now he is cruel, ruthless and heartless. His wolf has more control over him than his human. Reason... betrayal. A wolf can't bear the pain of losing their mate and he faced this pain twice. His first mate was already mated when he met her. His heart was broken but seeing her happy, he let her go and then he chose another mate less she wolf and his wolf agreed for that but his chosen mate betrayed and used him and his wolf killed her. His wolf bathed in her warm blood. After that he became ruthless and heartless.

His name is Kane Maxwell... he was the Beta King. Second strongest wolf in the world but after all this his wolf became more and more controlling and then Alpha King, his best friend  realised that may be it is better to let him handle his own pack as an Alpha. He became the Alpha of the second largest pack but the thing that shocked him was he is again blessed with a second chance mate by moon goddess.

The Witch Queen... Eva Shawn.... She is the sister of Luna Queen and on the day she turned eightteen she realised that she is mated to this heartless Alpha and she did the only thing she is good at... she ran! She doesn’t know what to do... and the fact that she was in love with her mate’s little brother since she was fourteen is not going to help her at all.

“Take his name again little girl and I will make sure to cut this lovely tongue of yours. And I would feel really bad for that because then you won't be able to pleasure me properly.” His eyes held so much ferocity that she realised there and then that he is not joking. He is hear less and all he cares is having his mate.
