I had thought seeing Maria Jose in my room would at least be of a good visit, neither did I know that she came to tell on that dad was in a lot of pain.

( Ran into his room)

"Dad?"

At the doorpost, I saw him trying to get up from his bed, he turns and at the sight of me, he lifted his hand and gestured with it 

( Come) his hand gestured to me.

Immediately I ran to his aid. He pulled me up to meet his teary gaze. "Save me son?". ( Dad pronounced to me)

"Save you from what?".

I asked, in a state of shock.

When another walks into the room.

I veered seeing Mrs Jane behind. A man wearing a lab coat welcomed himself in and at the sound of their footsteps ambling towards our direction.

Dad crunched onto my shirt.

His behavior proved that nothing was right, and as much as I didn't want to create a scene, decerning Mrs Jane here and with a strange man in a doctor's coat, I instantly knew that something was wrong.

So I Implored, closing in between Dad and the man.

"Who are you?".

Mrs Jane joins in the conversation without giving the man a chance to speak, she says and I quote. "Don't even think of stopping us, his a doctor and I'd like for him to take my husband to the hospital for deep medical help".

Mrs. Jane has always been a conniving bitch, she doesn't want to send Dad to the hospital, but I'm certain there's something evil lurking in her mind, and I can't possibly allow them to get a hold of Dad without going through me first.

"Get out?".

( I gestured my eyes to the door)

The man looks at Mrs. Jane, and she ends up saying the words he was meant to.

"Excuse me?".

I returned my face to her and aired out the second time. "Get out, both of you?".

Mrs. Jane refused to bottle down her anger, she raised her hands to push me away, rather than getting held back by a familiar face.

"Keith!! Son, what are you doing?".

It was a bit surprising seeing Keith and at the same time stopping his mom.

"Let go?".

(Mrs. Jane commanded, her voice slowly getting irritated by the minute)

Keith disapproved, "I'm sorry Mom, I can't do that and as for today, we should all give my brother the respect he deserves as the sole owner of Dad's property and his only heir".

Master Leonardo, veers and our eyes meet, I'm certainly seeing Keith's Change in behavior was a surprise to him, and me as well.

I don't know if, for the truth, Keith has changed or is another ploy against me, to take back his inheritance.

Thereafter, Keith walked Mrs. Jane and the strange man out of his room, I waited for a while before speaking to Dad.

I sat down beside him, "Dad are you okay?".

He blinked and weakly smiled, at my question.

I copied the same look and spoke out again.

"Dad!! Tomorrow is your charity ball event and I think it's time to know the truth, I've got something important to tell you, tomorrow at the ball".

"W...what?".

( Dad managed to get his words out)

"You see and I promise it will come as a wonderful surprise to you".

( Kissed him on his forehead and left him looking at me)
