Chapter Seven

"Good Morning " I said to aunt Sara and hugged her.

" Morning. " She says and gives me a hug back.

" Are you alright? You seem a little hot." She asks with concern.

" Thanks for the compliment. I know I am hot." I joked.

" Let me check." She checks my forehead and says " God! You are burning up. You should not go to school today. Take a leave ."

" No. It's alright. You know, I can't take a leave. I have a lot of work today," I said.

" Okay, but take care."

" Yeah. Gotta go. "Jer is outside." I said and left.

" Hi jer." I sat in the passenger seat.

" Hi."

" Let's cut to the chase. What were you doing yesterday?" He says as soon as i enter.

"How is Seth now ?" I answered, diverting him.

"He is good. Now answer my question. What were you doing yesterday?"

" Oh. I- I umm. I was with Andrew."

" Okay. What were you doing with him?" he asks skeptically.

" We were doing a project! Yes, a project. I told you yesterday, remember?"

" Which project?"

" Physics."

"You don't have physics this semest
