**CHAPTER 3
The figure was enormous, boasting a well-defined muscular physique. The wind blew at his long hair, and his piercing blue eyes seemed to cut through the crowd, sending chills down everyone’s spine. “Isn’t that...” A sense of dread settled over the onlookers as they gazed at the imposing figure, their eyes wide with disbelief. He stepped aside, and a perfect replica of himself appeared next to him. “Oh, my goodness!” a middle-aged woman gasped. “What are the Lycan Twins doing here? Oh, dear goddess, have mercy!” The twins began advancing, causing the crowd to part immediately to allow them passage. Without breaking stride, they pushed forward until they reached the guillotine, only to find Alycia unconscious. One of the twins quickly leaned down, lifting her into his arms. ***** As dusk approached, the pack square lay deserted. In a guest room of the palace, Alycia was sprawled flat on the bed. She suddenly sat up, memories of the earlier events flooding her mind as her eyes darted around the room. Then she blinked, feeling a sharp pain in her back, and she flexed her body, wondering how she had gotten in here. How had she managed to heal so fast? For werewolves, they do have high healing capabilities, but when silver is used on them, it takes a whole lot to time to heal. The room was a bit dark and the blinds were all down. Realizing she was no longer in the square, amidst those angry crowds, she quickly stood. As she turned towards the door, she shrieked. Her eyes settling on a figure in the dark room, sitting adjacent to her, watching her in silence. Alycia scurried away, almost losing her footing in the process. She hasn't seen them when they walked through the crowd. But the faint streaks of light reflection into the room was enough to get a glimpse of the intruder's face. The Lycan Twins? She shuddered and a shiver ran down her spine. She felt her heart beating erratically in her rib cage, as she took a protective step backwards. “What…” She cleared her throat, and squared her shoulders, “What are…you doing here?" The Lycan Twins were rivals to their pack. And as Princess and former heir to the throne, her father had taught and made her understand every single thing in the pack. He had let her attend meetings and delegations. The first and last time she had seen the Lycan twins was when she was a little girl, and had only caught a glimpse of them. The one standing before her hadn't changed one bit. Still as young as ever. One thing was certain. If the Lycan Twins were indeed here, then all was not well. They are ruthless. Scary. They cause problem and chaos wherever they stepped foot. There was a reason her father warned her to steer clear of them in whatever she does in the future. The man stood abruptly, his piercing blue eyes pinning her in place. Aly is stumbled backwards, her instincts screaming at her to run. She heard a click behind her, and the door opened. But as she turned, she bumped into a rock hard chest. “Where are you off to, baby girl?" A different, yet chilling voice resonated in her. Piercing grey eyes stared back at her and she literally froze. Those eyes…. “What do you want?" She shuddered, moving away from him, with icy eyes. “We are here to offer you a deal." Her brows shot up, " And you think I would blindly strike a deal with….you both?” “You don't have a choice, sweetheart! You should be thankful to us for saving your life. You would be dead meat by now." She blinked, but masked her expression. " Save my life? I didn't recall asking you to save my life!” The twin ran a hand over his long hair, as he chuckled and took a step forward. “We want you. In exchange for your freedom. We have the power to set you free, baby girl. But only if you agree to our terms.” Alycia scoffed in disbelief. The twin had moved from the door and she followed his movements, watching, and then she dashed towards the door. She had gotten to her door, and was about to twist the knob, when strong hands grabbed her by the waist, and she felt a warm breath on her neck, “Not so fast, Princess…” She turned, her eyes widening, as she realized it was the other twin who had been watching her earlier. Alycia felt her world stop as she stared up at him closely. His eyes….oh goddess… They were so blue. She hadn't seen such chiseled features and strong jawline. Her eyes stared at his glossy pink lips. It was…perfect. Unlike his brother, he had his jet black hair tied up in a ponytail, accentuating his chiseled features. “Where are you headed, little mouse?” he whispered in her ears. She felt another hand on her back and she jerked, undecided on who to face. Turning slightly, her eyes met the other twin, staring down at her with a playful smirk on his lips. It was suddenly so hot in the room. She felt heat all over her body. He leaned in, and Alycia almost forgot how to breath. “Be ours," he whispered, again, " In exchange for your freedom! And then she recoiled, letting in a sharp breath as she moved away from them. “I…I..” Their voices were calm. So calm, but the look in their eyes were so cold, she was literally holding herself back from screaming her lungs out. “ Or we can easily send you back to the guillotine and watch the pack kill you for a crime you committed?” “I didn't do it!" Alycia found herself yelling. " Oh, we do not care, Princess." The other twin spoke, rolling his eyes. Alycia huffed, amazed by the request they'd just made. They must be really delusional to think she would have anything to do with them. She took a deep breath, and faced them squarely, mustering all confidence she had, “I'd rather die than to have anything to…" She paused, feeling a shiver run down her spine as she recalled the moment she had actually almost died. Her fingers clenched, nails digging into her palms, as she wondered what would have become of her if they hadn't arrived at the right time. Alycia shook her head as her gaze rested on the twin before her. She stared at the other as well, suddenly realizing how powerful they were. She needed to get to the bottom of this. Her parents were dead. And she was falsely accused and almost beheaded. She felt grateful for the twins saving her life. And then she shut her eyes and took a deep breath. Slowly, she raised her chin up. “Fine”, she blurted, her eyes trailing from the first twin to the second. The twins looked at each other and a smirk formed on their lips. “Good! Now, let us deal with that mate of yours, shall we?Chapter 95: I’m Here"I'm here, my love," Ravenna said softly.Lucien's hands tightened around her. He buried his face in her neck, breathing her in. Taking in her scent. His heart wouldn’t stop pounding. His hands were still shaking. It was surreal. His heart was beating too fast, his mind was unable to catch on quicker but he knew she was here. She held him, arms wrapped tightly around his body like she never wanted to let go. And he didn’t want to move either. But eventually, slowly, he pulled back, needing to see her face. His trembling hands came up to cradle her face. He stared deeply into her eyes, "Ravenna," he muttered, his voice breaking. Her lips curved in a small, soft smile. "You’re a mess," she whispered. "How did you become this way?"He almost laughed. Almost. But it came out more like a breath."Since you... left," he said, his voice low, but rough. Her eyes watered. No doubt she could feel it too. His pain. His guilt. His regret.Without thinking, Lucien pulled her
Chapter 94 Lucien had barely moved since she said it. I saw something. Those words had nearly knocked the air out of his lungs. The color had drained from his face before he even realized it. He wasn’t sure if Alycia noticed—he hoped she didn’t. But Rowen had. His brother’s glance was sharp, a little too knowing. He didn’t say anything though. He didn’t have to. Lucien had known the moment was coming. He just didn’t expect it to come so soon. And now… it was real. She was remembering. The way her voice had gone soft. That faraway daze in her eyes. The way her body had stiffened—like she was caught between two versions of herself. It was exactly as Rowen said it would happen. The sorceress had told them. Lucien had scoffed then. Denied it even to himself. He’d never truly prepared. Not for this. Not to face Ravenna. It had been easy—almost comforting—to keep Alycia simply as Alycia. This stubborn, fiery, beautiful girl who challenged him, hated him, wanted him, sof
Chapter 93Alycia’s body froze. Her head felt like it was caving in—sharp pressure between her eyes, like someone was trying to reach inside and tear something out.She pressed her palms to her temples, squeezing her eyes shut. “Ah—shit,” she whispered. “My head… it hurts. So bad…”She felt the bed dip beside her. Rowen. His voice was urgent, close. “Alycia—hey, hey. Look at me. What’s wrong?”“I don’t know,” she whispered. “It just… started.”Another weight sank down beside her. She didn’t have to open her eyes to know it was Lucien.“Is it a migraine?” he asked, his voice tight. “You’ve never had this before, right?”She tried to respond, but all that came out was a gasp.Because suddenly—she wasn’t just hurting. She was seeing.Images flashed behind her eyes like a storm. Distant and close, blurred and sharp all at once.A golden throne. A woman screaming. Blood trickling into a silver bowl. Her own hand—no, not hers but familiar—clutched tightly by someone. A man. But she couldn’t
Chapter 92Just as Alycia was about to swing her legs off the bed, she felt it.Rowen’s warm breath brushing between her thighs. Then his nose buried deep, inhaling her like a damn drug. Her whole body froze. “Rowen,” she gasped, her voice shaky. “This is not the time for that.”But even she could hear the way her voice betrayed her. Weak and breathless. Like she wanted him to keep going. He groaned. “I know,” he murmured, not moving an inch. “But you just smell so good. I swear, Alycia, I could bury my face in your pussy all damn day.”Her fingers slipped into his hair without even thinking, fisting the soft strands and tugging gently. “There’ll be time for that later,” she managed to say, her voice still not firm enough. “Right now… we need to face reality.”There was a lot they need to do, and finding Pearl was at the fore front. Lucien tensed beside her and she noticed immediately. He was too quiet. She turned to him. “What’s wrong?”He didn’t answer right away. He just sighed. He
Chapter 91Alycia woke up, spent. Her fingers buried in Lucien's hair, with his mouth latched on one of her nipples. Her eyes trailed down and there, was Rowen, who had his hair framed over his face, as he rested between her legs.A sudden movement of her body caused Lucien's mouth to latch tightly on her nipple, like he knew she was leaving. So she stayed put.Her gaze drifted to the window, as thoughts filled her head. They need to talk. That much was certain. A lot needed to be settled. A lot needs to be done as soon as possible. She also needed to check on the girls. Whatever reasons the twins might have for keeping them here, they definitely do not deserve to be cut off from their pack that way. They have loved ones who might have given up on them, or who might be waiting with hopes that they might miraculously return one day. And she'd want nothing but to give them that. She could recall how overwhelmed she'd felt when she thought Pearl was missing few months back, and was shoc
💥 Chapter 88: "Wreck Me" Alycia could hardly breath. It felt like she was suffocating, but it wasn't the case. They were just... everywhere. Lucien's hands gripped her waist, holding her to him, like she was something fragile, and then slamming into her. She could feel Rowen behind her. His fingers now tangled in her hair, pulling, yanking and owning her. His cock still buried in her ass, stretching her wide for him. Alycia has no idea how she was able to accommodate him there. At the moment, their rhythm had become frantic. She could very well tell there was something in the air...she felt it the moment Rowen entered, which was why she didn't speak. But let them take her. Let them use her as they please. For now. Lucien's voice broke the silence first. Low and guttural. Almost unrecognizable. "You want to be ours, love? Then take us both. All of it." A sob ripped out her, and then she was moaning at the same time, lips parted as Rowen thrusted into her again, harder this time.
