Time froze.

A misty white ball appeared in the air. It rotated for a moment before an object fell from within.

Time seemed to warp. The object, which was initially unrecognizable, slowly morphed into a naked young man.

The young man looked about 17 or 18 years old with flawless, fair skin, long slim legs, a tiny waist, and a delicately sculptured face.

The sight of him lying in the dirt felt jarring___ like gold thrown in filth.

Giving one an irritated yet pitiful feeling.

The young man sprawled amidst the dirt, his eyes closed, and his long eyelashes fluttered every second.

His lips moved as if uttering some words, but nothing came out.

Despite this, he looked really cute.

Time passed slowly, but the young man remained fast asleep.

It made someone worried if he would starve to death or get kidnapped by bad men.

However, a change soon occurred.

A strange screen appeared before the young man's face and shone brightly on his face, highlighting his beautiful face even more.

"Host, wake up." A robotic voice came from the screen.

Like a trigger, the young man trembled, and his eyelashes fluttered violently. His eyes opened without warning, and he jerked up.

His dark green eyes looked empty with no sense of life as he looked into space.

The screen flickered. Strange words appeared and disappeared for a few seconds.

Consequently, the young man's eyes also changed, displaying rapid emotions until only confusion was left behind.

The young man groped his body with confusion blaring in his beautiful dark green eyes.

He looked around, and then, at his body. Immediately after, anger flashed across his face.

An overwhelming coldness settled on the delicate face. "Those bastards. Did they really capture me to kill me? I told them I wasn't interested in their damn hearts!"

The young man yelled angrily.

His eyes glowed with vicious light. His fingers clenched into a fist. "You guys better kill me here, or I will skin you all alive!" His words came out deep and rough.

It was nothing fitting for that delicate face.

But he didn't seem to mind.

He was angry.

He didn't beg to be loved. No, he'd always made it clear he didn't want to be loved.

So, why?

"How was his death my fault?" He snarled.

He couldn't understand. He hadn't done much more than break their hearts.

How could they make him a murderer because of that?

"I..."

His words died in his throat as his eyes suddenly widened. Pain stabbed through his skull.

He gripped his neck and stared at the screen before him. His lips parted like he wanted to say something, but his eyes rolled back.

Silence fell.

When he opened them again, the cold was gone. His viciously cold eyes had turned innocent and pure.

The dark green eyes shone with the brightness of youth, giving someone a warm and comfortable feeling.

His entire body melted into a stunning light, giving one the feeling that he was an untainted beauty.

The young man blinked at the screen before him. "D... did you save me?" He asked softly, his voice enchanting.

The screen flickered as if it were surprised for a second. "I did. Do you remember anything?" It asked.

Only then did the young man's eyes show confusion but without the expected fear. "I don't remember anything. I don't know anything about myself."

His eyes widened, showing a flicker of fear. "Do you think I lost my memories because I'm dead?"

The screen flashed, turned into a white light, and penetrated the young man's forehead.

The man froze.

Right after, the screen appeared again. "You are Finn by name. You are dead, but I'm here to save you, but on one condition." It said mechanically.

Finn's brows raised with curiosity. He glanced at the screen with full attention. "I will do anything. I really don't want to be here." He covered his nose as he said.

He seemed to only notice his surroundings right then, and the dirt made his face scrunch up, giving him a pitiful expression.

"Win the hearts of the male leads of this world. Make them fall in love with you, and I will revive you. I will also help you recover your memories. How about that?"

The mechanical voice had no emotion, but for some reason, it gave someone the sense of coaxing...

Finn tilted his head and blinked his large eyes. "Male leads?" He was confused.

"Yes, male leads. They are your husbands, and you have to make them love you."

Finn exhaled. He might have lost his memories, but he still felt like a man should only have one partner, right?

The screen wrote a string of words. "Don't think too much. Make them fall in love with you, and I will fulfill all your wishes." It said.

Finn was enticed. He stared at the screen with squinted eyes, and he slowly bit his lower lip. "How many are they?" He asked in a small voice.

His innocence made someone's heart ache.

"Eight," the screen replied, and with that, it penetrated Finn's forehead.

Finn frowned. "I guess I'm in a terrible nightmare." He whispered to himself.

Yet, deep down, he knew this was real, and he was about to step into a game that would either ruin or make him.

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 25: REAL FINN

Finn blinked blankly as he stared at the screen. He tried to suppress the happiness in his heart as he read the message. It was a message asking him to meet the senior at a gay bar downtown. It was about an hour away from the school. Finn didn't hesitate. Knowing that the senior wanted to see him again, the happiness filled him up, making him hop as he waited for the cab he called. "I'm on my way." He replied as he entered the designated cab. *******Finn got to the bar. The noise and the showy colors dazzled him for a moment before his eyes refocused, settling on the people in the room. There were many. All men. Some were tall and burly while some looked petite and beautiful. Finn looked at this number of people with furrowed brows. He stood at the door, unsure what to do next. His eyes searched the room, but there was no sight of Franklin at all. The thought made Finn uneasy. He was about to leave when he suddenly felt his wrist being grabbed. Someone pulled him forwar

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 24: Missing Franklin

[DING! Affection +5]Finn was slightly taken aback. Even when the senior was playing with him earlier, he hadn't received any notification from the system, which got him worried, but when he wasn't doing anything, he suddenly received it?Did that mean that the senior didn't like playing with him? For some inexplicable reason, Finn felt displeased with the thought and the displeasure shown on his beautiful face. He no longer insisted on his words and instead took a few steps back as if to avoid the second target who didn't like playing with him. Finn's lips pursed. "I'll go then." He said and turned around to leave. He didn't want to stay any longer. The senior didn't like him and... he had to think of ways to make the senior do so. Finn walked toward the door, ready to leave. He had just opened the door when he heard the senior call his name. Turning around, he saw the senior whose expression had returned to normal. "Let's exchange contact." He said. Finn raised a brow. He h

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 23: LOVERS?

CHAPTER 23Finn hugged his knees on the couch. He had been cleaned by the second target and had even been dressed up, but he was too tired to do anything else. His butt wasn't aching like it did when he first did it with Niam, but his waist hurt a bit. The second target had done him for hours, and he was truly exhausted. Finn glanced at the second target, who was busy working in the room, arranging the things that had been scattered and cleaning all traces in the room. Finn was thinking hard. The second target hadn't said a word to him ever since they were done. Could it be that he hadn't played enough? Or was he annoyed?'System, did the favorability increase?'He already played with the second target, right?[Yes. 5%]'5%?' He could remember that Niam's favorability points were about twenty percent when they met back then. Why were the second targets so low?[You are like a stranger to him right now] The system explained. Stranger?Finn didn't understand. His body ached, an

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 22: INTIMACY

Finn didn't understand why Franklin touched his lips, but seeing the smile on Franklin's face, he felt like the situation wasn't as bad as it used to be and the senior seemed to have fully forgiven him. So, he relaxed. "Play? Do you want to play?" He asked softly, looking into those strange eyes. Finn couldn't understand what Franklin was thinking. The target's eyes looked exactly like Niam's eyes whenever they were being intimate at home, but it seemed even stronger and... scary? Finn shook his head. The target wasn't scary. The target had forgiven him. Franklin's thumb brushed his lips, and their faces were only inches away from each other. Finn kept quiet. He wanted to see how the second target wanted to play. But his thoughts froze when the target's lips pressed on his.Finn's eyes widened. He instinctively wanted to struggle, but Franklin bit his lower lip harshly. Wincing, his lips parted, and Franklin pushed his tongue in, deepening the kiss. The kiss was rough and a

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 21: FRANKLIN

Finn's eyes widened the moment the word left his mouth. He quickly covered his mouth and blinked rapidly. His heart raced even faster. He had slipped up. Would the second target hate him even more now?The system's interface showed before him, and the screen flickered, showing numerous watermarks as if it were about to explode from malfunctioning. Finn felt even more guilty. Franklin's expression also changed. He looked at Finn with furrowed brows, and the pen he held between his fingers dropped with a light thud on the table. He rubbed his brows and sighed roughly. "Second target?" His voice was low and deadly. "Come over here." He ordered. Finn's knees buckled. He shook his head, trying to stay in a place without moving, but his body seemed to be under an unknown spell. He stepped forward before he stopped himself. Standing right in front of Franklin's paper-filled desk, Finn bit his lower li

  • BOUND TO EIGHT: Love or Die   CHAPTER 20: TO APOLOGIZE

The night was extremely awful for Finn. He couldn't stop his tears no matter what, and nothing Niam said worked for him. He was sad. He didn't mean to tarnish the second target's image that way. He didn't mean to annoy the second target either. But he couldn't help it. He was born with a learning disability... or maybe it was the loss of memory, which made him that way. There was nothing he could do...His heart was pained. The next morning, his eyes were swollen and red as he prepared for school. Standing before the mirror, he stared at his puffy face for a while, and a sigh escaped his lips. "Baby, why don't you skip today's class? You don't look too well." Niam wrapped his arms around Finn's waist. His voice sounded worried. Finn stared at the handsome face resting on his shoulder and shook his head. "No, I need to apologize to him." He replied softly. Niam's expression changed slightly. "Is that necessary?" His voice was a little hoarse. But Finn didn't seem to notice any c
