Once Stormee was safe, I was ready to put up a fight. With her keeping my mind, I would be an open target.
Alpha Eulisses, Romeo, and Peter rounded me up with Vamir. Our backs to the other, we were sitting ducks, but we were enough to hold them. My army and willing men were around us.
The crystal dome broke, and soon an arrow was shot. It landed at my feet. Then the crystal doors broke, and all hell broke loose. Men wearing black robes poured in... I heard them scream... "Get the Queen..." one yelled, and I chuckled. Stormee was not there, she was safe, and they were going to go fucking down.
"Don't kill them all... I need one or two alive," I said, and my men nodded.
"Stay close..." Romeo said and I nodded.
I summoned my sword and shield with magic, and Vamir did the same. Our first line of men handled things well when arrows rained from outside the dome. I lifted my shield to protect Eulisses and Romeo.
