CHAPTER FIFTY-SIX: ATHENA

It's surprising that it's already the end of the school year, and I've done so many things in the last few months that I'm proud of that I've done my entire life. I stood up to my bullies and am now secure in my own skin, no longer frightened to go around school.

All of this was made possible by the new additions to my small family; I don't think I would have had the confidence to do all of this without them, they were my knights in shining armor and I love them to the moon and back

As usual, the end-of-the-year basketball game was held in Anwood, so I dressed up in the team colours of blue and black because Leo was playing today, and I wanted to support him in some way.

It was his first official game in Riverview, and I wanted it to go well, so I was hoping they would win because It's a very important game of his high school basketball career and given how nervous he's been about it, I wanted to show him that I cared.
