"We're happy to see you here, Royal," Nany said with a smile as she prepared our foods.

"I'm glad to be here again, Ny."

"How is your business going?"

"It's good. It's still running."

We ate together. My parents were also here. They were surprised to see Royal.

"It feels different that Harfiel isn't around," mother said casually while chewing her food. "He's like a son to me."

"I'm pretty sure Harffiel likes to be your own child, Mom," I butted in. 

"Didn't he court you?"

I glanced at Royal. He stopped chewing upon hearing that familiar name.

I smiled at her. "He's not into that matter, Mom."

"I really thought he is your husband, Alpha. That's how he introduced himself to me."
