"Them? If I can I will but.…"

"You should. They really hurt us. To be sincere, I wasn't expecting that and it came as a shock." He confessed. I turned to look at him as I frowned in surprise.

"You looked normal. You really looked unaffected."

"Yes I did. I was just trying to be strong. I think I lost interest in Gracelynn a long time ago but failed to find out. I wasn't really affected that she was leaving me. I was surprised and taken aback by the sudden change. And I'm glad I have you here with me now. I can rectify my mistake and win you back." He sighed and focused on the road ahead. "It's slightly to my benefit." He chuckled.
