“I am a businessman and not a doctor. If lives and patients matter to all of you, well mine is different. Revenue, money, income and the hospital’s standing... those are everything that matter to me. So, why would I fire someone who can bring me a huge revenue all by herself? I wouldn’t risk losing seventeen percent of income; thus, I am not losing Madison. I will agree to fire her, only if all of you, individually, earns an income like hers. As for your worries about the patients, let me assure you that she will not be a threat. Anyone who is near the death’s door will be willing to get treated even by a witch doctor or a werewolf, for that matter. Besides, doctor Madison is not the only werewolf or vampire or whatever, in this world. Who knows? Half or maybe more of our employees are one too? I can be one, or you could be one.
