Dave proceeds in his office, leaving us behind. My eyes fly towards the secretary's get up. Old-fashioned. Thick brows. She wears thick-rimmed glasses and dental braces. Her hair is tied up in a bun. Good thing his secretary isn't that sexy and provocative with her outfit. Otherwise, she'll be perverted by her own boss. Gosh, I can only imagine.

On a side note, they seem pretty close to each other. They sure have a pretty decent relationship by the way they interacted earlier ago.

“Hello, Miss Brianna. This is Lottie. Please call me Lott. Glad to meet you,” she introduces herself as she raises a hand, offering a formal handshake.

"Pleased to meet you, too," I say, returning her gesture.

“Your office is right down the hall. Please, follow me,”

I follow her lead as she brings me to the corner side of the hall. Lott opens the door for me. She ushers me to go inside first and she comes in afterward. My eyes scan the four-cornered walls of the room. The space looks decent enoug
