Chapter Twenty

EMMA'S POV

The night went well. I had a beautiful family time with my folks before retiring to bed. I laid on my bed, staring straight at the ceiling. I couldn't sleep. Just couldn't get a shot eye like I expected.

I found myself tossing and turning around on my bed. Somehow I missed my room. But it wasn't making me fall asleep.

I groaned and sat up. My back against my pillow, crossing my arms against my chest unhappily.

I'm back home to stay with my family for just two days, but somehow I miss my new home with Hunter. I miss his face and everything about him. "Goodness! That's why I'm unable to sleep," I groaned. Covering my face up.

My hands drooling down from my face, I decided to call Hunter and know how he's doing. It's late already. I wonder if he's still awake.

"Where did I keep my phone?" I asked myself, rising on my knee to find where exactly I had kept my phone.

My eyes were hovering around the bed until I found my phone at the edge. I quickly grabbed it and sat down back on
