Adrian's car came to a screeching halt in his driveway.

He got out of the car, slamming the door shut as he circled it and opened Anna's side of the door.

However, Anna, being the spoiled brat, looked away from him angrily, her lips pulled into a pout, and she crossed her arms over her chest.

Adrian smirked; he leaned in and unfastened her seatbelt as he deliberately brushed his nose on her cheek, letting out a haggard breath.

Anna's heart skipped a beat as goosebumps erupted on her skin, feeling Adrian's warm breath fan her face.

Just then, she felt herself being lifted, and she reflexively wrapped her arms around his neck. She remained quiet, her heart racing as Adrian made his way into the house.

She looked up to find Adrian staring down at her with a dark, venomous glare.

He walked to the bed and sat her on it.
