Chapter 41. Deceitful girl!

How can there be a strange woman in this apartment? Did Cade bring his girlfriend home?

What a shameless man! Fay cursed inwardly.

The woman felt she was being watched. She looked at Fay as she closed the refrigerator door. Now only the light from outside the kitchen coming through the door allowed Fay to see the woman a little. Unfortunately, her face was not visible.

The person also couldn't see Fay's face because of the girl's position that turned her back to the light.

"Who are you?"

A girl's voice. Sounded familiar to Fay's ears. She recognized her. But how could she be here?

Fay reached for the switch and turned on the light. The kitchen was lit up instantly.

"Fay?!"

"Callie?!"

"Why are you here?!" The two girls exclaimed together in utter shock.

They pointed at each other wide-eyed.

"Are you Cade Goldwin's girlfriend?!" Fay guessed in disbelief. That was the only thing going through her head.

"Don't tell me you're the mysterious nanny?" Callie asked in an equally loud voice.
