Falling Apart

Lance's pov

"Do one more set…" I yelled at the girl in front of me.

I could see how exhausted she was but it was for her own benefit. She needed this training and I had seen her improving from her first attempts.

"I can't…. I am out of breath… Can we do it tomorrow? It's already dusk and I am hungry." She whined like a toddler and no matter what, I cannot resist those puppy eyes she made.

"Fine.. but only for today, I will let you go. If we keep lacking like this, We would be in danger and wouldn't be able to come out." I commented while dripping the trench over my body.

"I have heard this line hundreds of times and I no longer have the patience to deal with this. My head hurts even…"

She had been complaining about headaches and exhaustion. It could be because I was too harsh on her. But this training was necessary regarding gender. I don't understand why she wolves doesn't train for fights. It might have been easier for both of us if she had known at least the basics of the techniqu
