Anya POV
Having arrived in time to hear the exchange between Alpha James and Luna Jade with Jared and Lily, I couldn’t be happier. I knew my rightful place was beside Jared and whatever doubt we could instill in Lily’s mind the better. I had already spoke with Jared’s parents and we had come up with a plan to get rid of Lily one way or another.

Jared POV Feeling Lily cringe beneath my arms, I turn to glare at Anya. Lily had just started training and I knew she’d grow stronger as she continued training and once we marked one another. Jared POV As Rick and I walk into the Shadow Club we look around at the extensive renovations that had taken place in recent months. We were almost ready to reopen under new management and with a new look. As with most clubs on Pack land, we do have humans who visit our clubs. There is an obvious rule we don’t discuss who we are. Jared POV “Where is she?!?” demands Alpha Kate Adams as she storms through the Pack hospital doors. She is accompanied by another male; he doesn’t seem like her mate but someone close to her. Lily POV Holding my head, I am screaming in pain. Jared is yelling for the medical staff; Doctor Kent comes running into the room. “What is it, Lily? Jared POV Having just gotten off the phone with Alpha Kate, she confirmed she would be attending Lily’s Luna ceremony with Colby. She also confirmed Miranda, the witch, was on her way. When she arrived, she would literally pop in; meaning she would come in an untraditional manner. We could expect her in the next couple days. With that off my mind, I decided it was time to go check on Lily. I had only been away from her for a short period of time, but I was already missing her immensely.
