Luca’s POV

My eyes locked with Sofia’s the very second after I had inserted my head in through the doorway and I watched as her widened a little in shock. The only thing I allowed my eyes to notice was the way her hair framed her face and how the white skirt she had on this morning had ridden upwards on the couch, revealing more skin than it had done this morning.

I turned around and exited the doorway, breaking eye contact with her immediately and making my way deeper into the house while trying not to fall on my face due to how tired and drained out I was feeling.

I climbed up the stairs with my hands gripping unto the banister of the stair case ever so tightly as I climbed each stair carefully to avoid my eyes from spinning the way it had started to feel like it was about to start spinning, the moment after I have made my way through the house door.
