Sofia’s POV

The teacher had then taken me out of the class and escorted me to the girls washroom. And there, she had then asked me if I knew what a period was. I shook my head immediately while staring at her nervously with my heart pounding hard against my chest. No one had even spoken to me about it at that time, and we haven’t been taught that in school yet. I didn’t know what to make of that then and I had automatically thought it was a disease, right until the teacher who was a young woman who was in her early twenties had taken her time to explain all what it was about to me, before she then decided to inform me that I had managed to get my clothes stained with it since I had suddenly gotten it in the middle of school.
