Lost.
Aarunya felt lost. Her mind kept rewinding the memories of the last few hours when she had gotten the biggest bad news of her life. "Mr. Rajput has lost his memories" Her eyes widened after hearing the doctor's words. And this was the time when Aarunya knew that she's doomed again. Bound to the monster named Trayaksh Rajput, yet again. Her resolve was weakening. Each time she tried to run, he caged her , punished her like no other and here she is, again trapped in his golden shackles. Arunya's heart clenched in pain. For how long does she have to do this? For how long does she have to give this exam of life? To live with the same man who is the sole reason for her destruction. Why can't he just die? Arunya looked at him, masking her face with emotionless expression yet again. She hated how he kept looking at her curiously. From the time he Asked about her and got to know about her being his beloved wife, he looked at Aarunya with a shock as if she had grown two horns in her head . She seethed in rage inside. Fury was taking over her entire body. Beloved wife? Ahh yess the beloved wife he raped every night and the same beloved wife who's soul he crushed mercilessly each day. Aarunya's insides mocked. Aarunya wished that she could beat this bastard in front of her with a broom. How dare he forget the past fifteen years of his life? The nine years of torture which he inflicted on her huhh? Does he think that he can get away from his sins if he forgets his memories? Does he think that his sins would leave him? Karma would leave him Just because he can't remember the monster he had been to her? Aarunya's mind was bombarded with questions by her own self. She left the hospital room without even glancing at him anymore. He could die for all she cares about but unfortunately for her, she was called back by the Lucifer of her Life himself, Trayaksh Rajput, her nightmare. Aarunya stepped inside the same vip room again inside the hospital. With heavy steps, she moved forward, her gaze meeting his own. The beeping voices of the array machine were around the room as Trayaksh layed down in the bed with wires attached in his body, surrounded by many doctors and nurses. His hawk-like eyes gazed down at Arunya from top to bottom as if trying to capture her each feature in his mind and captivate her in the cage of his thoughts. Clearing his throat he spoke. His voice was as rough and gruff as before but Aarunya could notice the subtle change in him. Unlike the old Trayaksh he didn't look at her with disdain in fact his eyes held a flickr of curiously along with something else, something which Aarunya herself was unable to pinpoint. "Azad Uncle told me about us." Aarunya scoffed mentally. Azad Akhtar, The most trusted man of the Rajputs, especially of Trayaksh. One of the rare people who this monster really respected. And she knew very well that Azad had fed Trayaksh white lies about her being the beloved wife, and them being an enigmatic couple together. She mentally rolled her eyes and sighed. Her life was like a tragic novel ahhh more like a dark romance till yet and here they are, with a plot twist and now it feels like a drama theme, only the ITV Indian background music was missing.. What's that eh? Yes. Dhoom tanaa, dhere tanaaa. Aarunya laughed at her own thoughts mentally. She shook her head inwardly. Dark humor is her coping mechanism no doubt. She thought. What's left now by the way? Romance? With this male dog? EWW. disgusting. She would rather die. Aarunya groaned thinking as she looked at the bastard looking at her with his curious yet creepy gaze. Forcing a smile on her beautiful face, she Innocently touched his cheeks making him jolt out of his own thoughts. Yes. I'm your beloved wife, my hubby dearest. She smiled, mentally cringing at her own acting but it wasn't like she had any other option. Azad had clearly warned her about the consequences if she doesn't act along as he didn't want Trayaksh to give any sudden pressure to his mind at such a vulnerable condition. "I don't like strangers touching me" Trayaksh's cold voice boomed out making Aarunya take her hands back to herself. As if I'm dying to touch you, bloody rapist. She mentally cursed. "Ahhanh. I know you don't remember me anymore, my darling hubby. But don't Worry, God will make you remember me In the way that you'll never forget me in all of your lifetimes, trust me." Little did she know that her words would come true one day. In a way she would have never thought they would. Aarunya smiled but it didn't reach her eyes. In all these years, she had finally learnt the art of mastering fake emotions and fake ugly smiles in front of the world. There was no one who could ever see through her mask except one. Her tormentor. Trayaksh himself. Aarunya had always hated how he was always able to see through her so clearly. Her hate , her tears, her love, her pain, her anger. The monster could see everything including her vulnerability. And that shattered her heart more. To know that her own captor could see through her, see her transparent and bare as if she's lying without the clothes of her fake smiles, all bare in front of him. However this Trayaksh in front of her didn't speak. He continued to look at her face as if trying to find something. But what was he trying to find? Concern? Hah. Which she would never feel for him. Love? Which the word she hated with a Passion all thanks to him. Pain and tears? She would rather die than to cry for him. Aarunya insides mocked him in her mind. "What are you looking at?" She couldn't help but ask. "Looking at an Ocean" He replied. Excuse me?" Aarunya Asked perplexed. "You're like an ocean. Deep. Mysterious. Surrounded with an unknown tragedy and a defiant aura." "Didn't knew accidents make people poetic" Aarunya couldn't help but mock but suddenly held herself back from speaking more. "I don't know about accidents, but looking at your surely does make me a poet, my sudden wife" Trayaksh chuckled, his gruff voice softened slightly as he kept looking at her unaware of the wave of emotions he was swirling inside Aarunya, who wanted to scream at him and throw things. The word wife which tasted familiar yet stranger to his own tongue surprised him, himself. He was lost in his own thoughts, at how easily his soul was accepting this woman who he had just met today, as his wife and why? Trayaksh himself didn't have any answers. He still couldn't deny the undeniable pull which he felt towards her. Her defiant eyes. They looked at him as if he's a demon and not her husband. He noticed the way she forced a smile on her lips whenever she looked at him from the time he got back his consciousness. He was curious and Lost. And he was slowly losing himself into those deep eyes of the woman who his people called his wife. Her eyes had the power to stir Something inside him. Something which he himself didn't knew existed. As for Aarunya, she was lost Lost in her own misery. She was losing herself. Losing her patience with the fucker who's unfortunately her own Husband. Aarunys kept cursing him mentally. The more he looked at her with those Onyx eyes , the more she was losing it, the more she wanted to punch his handsome face which was always disgusting to her. After all, what's the use of a charming face when he has an ugly heart made up of stone? That's all she could think of everytime she looked at Trayaksh. They both were lost. Lost in each other's thoughts. One was drowning in the sea of curiosity & The other one was drowning in the darkest sea of hatred. And only the future would tell who will die and who will survive in the sea of love and lethal lies. Or Will Aarunya be able to break the shackles of her golden cage and fly? 。☆✼★━━━━━━━━━━。☆✼★The buried memories echoed through the closed doors of the hallway as Aarunya tried her best to block out all of those painful memories.Silent.It was all silent. But Aarunya's heart was anything but that. All the Buried memories screamed through the closed doors of her heart. She could hear her screams and cries every time she was tortured inside the closed doors of this same hallway.
