Dimitri walked back to his office confused and dumbfounded by Anabelle's outburst. He thought everything was going fine with them and maybe soon enough he would forgive her for leaving him. But then after she talked about Mia and destroying their marriage it hurt him to admit she was right...

He knew deep down, that this woman was the only person who could make him feel in ways he couldn't imagine. He knew Mia was just a deal made by the two families and he had no feelings for her. But Anabelle was the woman he thought he hated and now he finds himself going to her and desiring her each time he lays his eyes and hands on her.

"Damnit, what was wrong with him?" He thought as he recalled the hurt and pains in her eyes, while she pushed him away. He walked to the liquor on the table and poured some for himself.
