Nathan dragged Olima out of the mansion as she sobbed and begged, "Please don't throw me out, I have nowhere to go. Please, Nathan..."

"I'm sorry, young madam, but I can't help you. You have to leave," Nathan said, frustrated. He didn't know what Olima had done.

He'd seen her rush back into the house earlier, and now she was sobbing.

"Please, don't throw me out. This is my father's house. I have nowhere else," Olima cried. Nathan let go of her hands and scratched his head, a dark-skinned man with short black hair and average height.

"Nathan! Is that witch still there?" Gina stormed out of the house, glaring at Nathan and Olima. Nathan immediately pulled the gate open.

"No, madam," Nathan replied, not wanting to lose his job. Gina and Mia stepped out of the mansion.

"Then who am I seeing standing at the gate with you? I said, throw her out!" Gina roared, rushing towards Olima and Nathan. She pushed Olima out of the gate.

"Get out! Don't let me see you here again, or I'll kill you myself for daring to poison my daughter and me," Gina warned. Nathan stood in silence, watching.

Tears streamed down Olima's face as she knelt and begged her stepmother.

"Please, ma'am, I have nowhere to go. You can't throw me out tonight. It's late..." Olima cried. The estate was heavily guarded, but she was still scared of the criminals lurking around.

"And how is that my concern? Why didn't you think of that when you dared to poison my daughter and me? Nathan!" Gina roared again.

"Yes, madam!" Nathan immediately appeared.

"Lock this gate, and if I ever see her inside this compound again, I'll arrest you both for attempting to kill my daughter and me. Lock the gate now!" Gina commanded.

"Okay, madam," Nathan immediately shut the gate on Olima. Olima stood up and banged on the gate.

"Open the gate! Please... don't lock me out! No!" Olima sobbed, but Nathan had already locked it from within.

"Nonsense! Don't ever open this gate for her again, or let her into this compound. Is that understood?" Gina questioned Nathan, warning him.

"Understood, madam!" Nathan replied, trembling.

Nathan was a 40-year-old black man who needed his job to take care of his pregnant wife and two kids. He couldn't risk losing it, even though he pitied Olima.

He sighed and walked back to his gatehouse, while Gina and Mia returned to the mansion.

"Mom, what are we going to eat now?" Mia asked, even though she knew she'd added the extra salt to the soup. She knew her mother would always take her side and punish Olima.

"Why did you ruin the soup? I know Olima didn't add that much salt. Do you know how much the ingredients cost?" Gina glared at her daughter, who frowned, not expecting the scolding.

"You'll be the one cooking from today as punishment. Now, follow me to the kitchen. You won't waste the meat that Olima bought. You'll remove it piece by piece, wash it, and recook it. Silly girl," Gina said. Mia frowned and followed her mother to the kitchen.

Gina was slightly nervous about throwing Olima out so late. She knew the estate security would question her if they saw Olima.

"Remove the meat quickly!" Gina yelled at her fourteen-year-old daughter. Mia shuddered and started removing the meat from the pot, having washed her hands. Gina watched.

--------

Olima cried and banged on the gate, but Nathan didn't open it.

She was still in her light blue gown, shivering in the night wind.

Her eyes were flooded with tears. She thought about reporting her stepmother to the estate security.

Olima knew that even if she did, it wouldn't change her stepmother. She wrapped her arms around herself and walked towards the gate.

"Hey, pretty, what's up?" Olima saw two men walking along the other side of the road, calling to her. They crossed the road.

Olima ran as fast as she could.

"Wait, pretty! Where are you running?" One of the men screamed, but she didn't turn back.

Seeing a red car approaching, Olima slowed down, thinking about begging the driver to take her to the estate gate. She believed the driver lived in the estate and might be a good Samaritan.

~~~
Earlier... Justin Robert had gone to one of his favorite clubs to hang out with women, but none caught his attention.
Annoyed, he stood up and left, thinking only of the young woman he'd approached after admiring her for so long.
Justin wanted to claim her, but she'd run away like he was a beast.
He was angry. No woman had ever rejected him before.
Justin was a complex person. He was gentle at home and listened to his parents, even when he didn't want to.
He still obeyed them and took over his father's real estate business, as he was the only child.
He was friends with Jesse Andrew, his driver, even though Jesse was older.
Justin saw Jesse as an older brother, someone to confide in when he was upset.
Stepping out of the club, he ordered Jesse, "Let's go home. I'm bored."
Jesse knew that when Justin said he was bored, something was troubling him.
"What's the problem, young master?" Jesse asked.
Justin stopped, contemplating whether to tell Jesse what he truly wanted at the moment.
