Heartbreak Is Inevitable

Dr. David looked out of the window as he drove on an empty road and finally stopped on the side when Isla came into his view. She was lying lifeless on the side and he stepped out of the car, rushing over to her.

“Isla!” he panicked as he turned her in his direction. Her soulless eyes looked at nothing in particular. Dr. David helped her to sit. “Are you okay?” He rubbed her back. “Let me get you some water.” He rushed back to his car and brought a bottle with him.

Isla took a sip. “Come on, let’s go to my place! You don’t look good.” He helped her to stand and took her to his car.

The next morning, Veronica’s eyes flickered as the beautiful rays of the sun fell on her face and she turned to her, burying her face in Aries’s chest. “Good morning,” Aries plays with her hair.

“Mm-hmm,” she hummed, snuggling more into him.

“Get up now!” He shook her shoulder, and she groaned.

“No. Not right now. I’m tired.” She said in a sleepy voice, but Aries forcefully made her sit. She rubbe
