The night went smoothly, there were smiles on both their faces as they danced to the rhythm of the instrumental song playing. Her hands were wrapped around his neck and hands were around her waist.

"Me, you, being back together, good, right?" Alex questioned even though he knows her answer.

Elena nodded. "Yeah. It is good."

Alex smiled since he likes hearing when she agrees with him. "I'm glad to hear that."

Elena smiled back and they kept dancing, moving in sync.

Someone cleared their throat trying to gain their attention, but they were lost on each other. It felt like nothing could disturb the moment they were having.

"Excuse me." Someone said, then she patted Alex which definitely gained his attention.

They both stopped and looked at the person.

"Can I help you?" Alex asked, annoyed.

The lady chuckled. "You don't remember me?"

Alex furrowed his brows in confusion. "You are definitely not familiar and I know everyone I engage with."
