LOGINTo celebrate our daughter's eighteenth birthday, my husband, James Miller, decided to go nude cycling. I told him he was too old for that and would embarrass himself, but he looked at me with disdain and said, "Liliana, your life is so boring. You refuse to embrace new things." Then he brought the dog belonging to his first love, Sophia Lewis, and placed it before me. It was then I realized it was Sophia who had organized the nude cycling event. I felt my anger boiling beneath the surface as our son, Thomas, took the leash and handed it to me. "Dad, you can go have fun with Sophia. Mom will take care of the dog," Thomas said. But when the dog lunged at me later, Thomas protected it. Meanwhile, my daughter, Alice, fought to shield me. In the end, both Alice and I were bitten to death. James didn't even take us to the hospital. Instead, he dragged our bodies straight to the crematorium. Just before I turned into a wisp of smoke, I saw Alice rolling in the flames. During that time, James and Thomas were comforting Sophia. At that moment, I felt a deep rage—rage at myself for being so naive and for causing my daughter's death. When I opened my eyes again, I found myself back on the day when my son handed me the leash. This time, I was determined to make them all pay.

She perused her face in the mirror and reached for her makeup which she used to enhanced her cheekbones and she made her eyebrows thicker than usual. Loving her new manly look, she nodded and grabbed a bobby pin which she used and hold her hair all back before putting on the short brown-haired wig. She arranged the wig with her fingers, making it a little messy and then she pouted her lips at herself in the mirror before she chuckled and left to pick up her backpack that was resting on her bed.
Stepping out of her bedroom, she called out in a feminine voice at the next door, “Granny, I’m leaving for school.” “Okay my dear, I will have food ready by the time you are back,” an elderly woman’s voice rang from the room. “Don’t stress yourself Granny, if you can’t handle it, I will prepare it when I’m back.” “Oh dear, thank you so much.” “I love you Granny.” “I love you too dear.” Getting the confirmation from the woman, she smiled and walked down the lobby. Jogging down the stairs, she grabbed the car key hanging by the wall. When she got outside, she stopped on the porch and closed her eyes, breathing in the cool air of the morning. Wow, what a beautiful day to continue with her charade, she smiled and did a small run to the red truck parked in the driveway. She got in and started the car, the engine roared to life and she nodded in support before tuning in to a pop station in the radio. Nodding her head to the Lil Wayne song coming from the speakers, she put the car in a reverse and soon she was speeding down the streets of the slightly empty streets. Her school was in the middle of the city and it takes forty-five minutes every morning to get school but she loved the distance, it made it much more easier to keep up with her lie. Enjoying her usual morning ride, she rested her head on her seat with her right hand outside the window and smiling at everyone she passed that glanced at her. Ah, life was sweet. Getting to school, she blew out a deep breath and cleared her throat before she pulled in her private driveway. Yep, no matter how full the parking lot is, no one dares park there, no one. She killed the engine and got down from the car, glancing at the side mirror to check her hair and putting on the finishing touches before turning to face the school with a killer smile. She winked at the three girls that were in a blue convertible that pulled in next to her and they giggled. “Hi Oliver,” one of the girls greeted with a seductive smile. “Hello angel,” she said in a deep husky voice, “looking so sweet this morning,” she leaned on the door of the car, watching her object of interest. The girl giggled and turned to him, “how is your morning?” “Better now that I am looking at you,” she teased. The girl chuckled sexily and touched the tip of Oliver’s nose, “you are never at lost for words.” “Baby, your face alone is enough to make a man speechless and I am not an exception.” “Hmm, you better don’t let Teresa hear you say that,” the girl in the driver’s seat said, eying her. “You won’t tell her or would you, smoochie pie?” she raised an eyebrow. The girl rolled her eyes but ‘Oliver’ saw her smile and knew she had her. “Alright ladies, let’s go to school,” she said and opened the door for the one she was conversing with before and did a dramatic bow when she climbed out. “After you my angel.” “Don’t say that.” “Don’t say what?” she asked, pining her against the now closed door and stood really close to her, letting her breath fan her face, “your eyes are looking very beautiful this morning. Did anyone tell you that?” The girl chuckled softly and slowly bit her lower lip before running her really manicured fingers on ‘Oliver’s’ jacket, “no, but why don’t you tell me more.” “I don’t even need to tell you, you know what you are doing and you know that you have me wrapped around your finger.” “Do I?” she asked. “Mm mm,” ‘Oliver’ nodded, leaning over to place a soft kiss on her neck and she shuddered visibly making her chuckle softly before looking up in her blue eyes, “you are bringing me to my knees baby,” she whispered in her ear and heard a soft moan escape her lips. Slowing looking up from behind her, she saw a baby pink beetle driving into the school compound and took three steps back from the girl, shocking her at the sudden lost of her warmth. She winked at her and took her gaze back to the beetle, watching it park before turning to her own car to get her backpack. Shutting the car, she walked with long strides to the beetle and opened the door for a platinum blonde hair girl with beautiful green eyes. “Hey baby,” she said in her sexy husky voice and leaned to kiss her beside the lips. “Looking gorgeous as always.” The girl smiled and grabbed her back from the passenger’s seat before climbing out of the car. She was dressed in a short black skirt and pink turtleneck. She glanced at the other girls in the convertible before turning to the boy in front of her and wrapping her hands on his neck. She slowly licked her lips before saying, “I missed you during the weekend,” she said, her ponytail bouncing softly with her movement. “Not as much as I missed you,” ‘Oliver’ replied, placing her hand on her slim waist and slowly peeking at the other girl she was with earlier and winking, making the girl giggle. “Let’s go inside,” Teresa said, locking her car and linking her hands with him as they both walked down the parking lot into the school with the other girls staring at them.James posted a video saying he wanted to find his wife, who had run away."I don't blame you for secretly taking all the money. I don't blame you for taking our daughter, and I don't blame you for neglecting our son. As long as you come back, we can still be a happy family."James' serious demeanor in front of the camera was surprisingly heartbreaking. Not to mention, he was even more eye-catching because he was the CEO of a company about to go public. Many viewers began to search for the wife he had spoken of.Then Thomas tagged me in the comments.Suddenly, the viewers realized the "missing" CEO's wife was actually Liliana White, the talented cook. They started to get excited and insisted we were a perfect match. One was a powerful CEO, and the other was a charming online influencer who cooked delicious meals. They spun many imaginary love stories about me and James, as if we were meant to be together.James didn't deny these claims. Instead, he smiled mysteriously and said,
"Liliana, I regret it. Please forgive me. I just made the same mistake that all men make. Isn't it better late than never? I've changed, Liliana."James kept knocking on the door, his voice filled with pleas. But I felt nothing inside—just annoyance.I wanted to pretend I didn't hear him, but the noise drew complaints from the neighbors, forcing me to open the door.I cracked it open just a little and warned him, "Get lost. I have nothing to say to you."James pushed against the door, trying to force his way in. "Liliana, I really know I was wrong. Please forgive me. After you left, I realized I couldn't live without you."I miss you and your cooking. I haven't eaten well since you left, and I can't even find a tie that matches my shirt. We have two kids. Can you really bear to let them grow up in a single-parent household?"That statement finally set me off. I yanked the door handle backwards, and in an instant, his fingers got caught in the door."My hand—Liliana, stop!"I p
Before my ex-husband and son could continue harassing me over the phone, I took Sophia to court.I charged her with assault. When the dog suddenly attacked me, I found it strange. Why did it only come after me and not my daughter or son beside me?So, I hired a private investigator to look into it.After three months, I finally pieced together the truth.Sophia and James had been involved for years, long before I even suspected anything. When I wasn't home, he brought her to our house and took her to our bed.Just the thought of it made me feel sick. The private investigator showed me several photos, all featuring clothes I had once lost.It turned out the dog hadn't attacked randomly. Sophia had let the dog sniff my clothes over time, training it to recognize my scent and then consciously teaching it to attack anyone with that smell.I couldn't tell how much James was involved, but it didn't matter. I was determined to make them both pay.In court, Sophia vehemently denied t
My journey as an influencer was going smoothly. My first video was a small hit.The comments section was filled with praise.[So much like a mom!][Madam, you're amazing! I followed your instructions to cook from the step where you wash the vegetables, and it turned out really delicious!][From today on, Liliana is my digital mom, no cap.]My daughter excitedly held the phone and shared the news with me.As I read through the comments, tears started to fall. When I used to cook for James, he always looked impatient. He would complain that the food was too bland, too greasy, too sweet, or too spicy. No matter what I made, it never measured up to the plate of pasta his lover made for him."That plate of pasta back then was really something. Sophia only added a little cheese, but I'll remember it for the rest of my life."I couldn't understand it then—how could a plate of pasta with just some sprinkled cheese be that good? Now that I was divorced and had escaped the confines of
