Lei inhaled deeply, filling her lungs with the abundant oxygen intake of the rural region she lived in. Her eyes closed, savoring the serenity that reminded him of Alaska.

"Getting better?"

Lei turned her head. Behind him, Sol walked over, carrying two mugs of hot drinks.

"It's not too bad." Lei smiled.

She accepted the cups offered by Sol. Her eyes returned to the rice fields in front of him.

"I apologize. I was too harsh when I dueled with you last night."
