It was way past midnight by now; hours since my parents had left.
Cole had been one of my childhood friends, back when we lived at our old house. His parents and my parents, they were like great friends—along with them being our neighbors too. The only problem was that I had a huge crush on him. And he considered me as his sister.

Skylar's POVI pushed open the glass doors as I went inside the incredibly small shop. Like it was really small and suffocating. The moment I entered, I heard a bell chime above me, announcing my arrival to the completely empty shop.It was a typical antique store. Everything in here seemed to have something consisting glass pieces; mirrors. I could see the dense crowd from the window beside me; both Caden and I already seated inside the train. I had traveled to Philly before, to see Dad when he was in the hospital, but Mom still hadn't been willing to let me go.It had taken me hours to actually persuade her."Yes."
