I didn’t hold back. I told Jacie everything. She already overheard the main details anyway. She understands why I didn’t tell her, and luckily, she wasn’t mad. I love her carefree attitude.

“When and how did this happen,” I pointed between her and Ezra.

Jacie laughed, “We met in our first class. He’s the one I was with when you heard me in the hallway.

I threw my pillow at him, “Now I know why it took you so long to get me an outfit, punk.”

“Now that the air is clear, and our secrets are out, what did Josiah say?”
