143 Blood Awakening EPILOGUE: Game Changer

Days after the bloody encounter of the two opposing sides, the storm has subsided; the enemies has been defeated and although, the damage has been done so greatly, Alpha Lachlan and Maridelle as well as the Alliance has almost recovered from their wounds and from the effects of the encounter. They had returned to their respective abodes and pack, enjoying their triumph.

“How are you?” Maridelle said as she neared Alpha Lachlan who has been looking at a distance in the balcony of his chamber. His thoughts are wandering along the memories of the yester days events. All the hardships that they have been through, the enduring, the loses, and the pain; the smiles, the tears, the camaraderie, and betrayal.

He tilted his head to see who it was; his lips curved upwards upon seeing Maridelle. Her face is bruised and she's wearing a white cardigan to conceal the rest of her wounds and bruises. However, her countenance belies her appearance. Her aura is brighter than ever.
