Chapter Six

Matteo Andres, the greatest male witches back in the days. Everyone fears him, cherish him like he was some kind of god. Hunters took him as their greatest threat, especially, Wayne Cruse. 

Just after seeing his previous baby girl that a war begin and he knew his duty. Patricia held him back but he was not going to give up. 

He entrust her with the one person he knew. Philip Collins. Leaving his child and wife in the hands of someone he should never had trust, especially when he knew that vampires hates witches, despise more over. But what could he do? At least he trusted someone.

They won, they won against the hunters but Wayne wasn't gonna give till Matteo suffers. That knife, the Cruse knife with the phoenix stone. That was the last feeling before Matteo was lost in another world, the world of death for the dead.

ANNA

I place a firm knock on Jack's door, I heard a firm com in so I entered, I assume that Eric isn't in because Jack would have answered the door. 

But when I got in, I'm surprised to see him playing video games by himself? I slowly walk towards him feeling weird. 

"Hey" I said but he just focus on the game. 

I grab the controller from his hand he immediately turned angry. I look at him and his features relaxes. "Baby, what's up?" He asked. I smile a little at the thought of him relaxing when he sees me.

He stood up and helps me up, he walks us towards his bed. He placed his lips on mine, I moan. 

His lips trail to my my neck and we were push down to the bed unconsciously. He looks down to my shirt. "My shirt?" He asked.

"It's mine now" I tell him.

"Baby, I want a head tonight, you said you would treat me" he tells me. I sigh, I'm talking to a big baby. I stood up at sat on the floor in front of the bed and he sat on the bed with me in between his legs. 

I started to pull on the waistband of his sweatpant till it was fully down, follow by his brief short. I look up at him.

"Why?" I find myself asking. A frown took over his face.

"You interrupted my game. I want something simple, if you want I can do what you want if that's okay" he asks. Cute.

"Jackie, are you in love with me or my blood?" I asked that question. I'm not supposed to ask that. Fuck, Ocean. 

"What?" He asked getting up and fixing his sweatpant. "Repeat what you just said" he's angry.

"I thought you don't want me. Ma-may be it's the blood thingy that is getting you so hooked up.

"Jesus. Just because I'm addicted, I get it......" He's angry. "But I would never hurt you for blood, I mean, we grew up together -" he cut himself off and I immediately regret asking the questions as a tear drops. 

"Jackie" I called.

"Anna, get out" he breathes and that's when tears starts to falls from my eyes. "I've never once seen you as a blood bank, you're the one always giving it to me and I became addicted. But still, you think - please get out" he says. "It's better we take a break from all this. I was thinking I had someone who actually loves me the same way I do but seems you just thought I loved your blood. I'll be fine without it. Fuckin'get out" he yells.

"It's Ocean. He put words in my head" I spilled. He looks me up and down.

"You trust Ocean than you trust me? Anna, what are you hiding from me, Hmmm?" He asked walking up to me.

He grabs my arm and pull me towards the door. "Jackie, listen, wait" I plead but he doesn't listen. He opens the door and push me out. 

"Stay away till you tell me what you're hiding" he slam the door on my face. I sob, placing my back on the door and sliding door. Jack grew up lonely, his mom and dad travels around, he only had me.

Why did I listen to that jerk, I'll kill him. 

OCEAN

This girl weighs nothing, she's just like feather on my shoulder which fuckin' annoys me out. Fuck.

I made towards her room when I noticed Anna and Maxine stood there looking worried. Pussies. That's how they always act, worried. I mean, Maxine feeds on people and she claims to be worried about her mundane bitch of friends. Bullshit.

Maxine frown when she saw me holding her. "Son of a bitch! Son of a bitch! I'll kill you" I drop the girl gently on the floor, Anna rushes over to her and held her. Maxine speeds up to me, pushing me on the wall. "What did you do to her you bastard?" She gritted out. I don't have time for pathetic pussy like her.

"Let go of my shirt or Eric won't see his girlfriend anymore" I threatened and she knows better than to keep going. She let's go and started to help Anna take her in.

I gave her an eye before walking off.

ARIA 

My eyes slowly flutters to the light shinning to my face. I groan. Looking up to see Anna and Maxine looking down at me with a frown.

"What?" I asked them.

"What were you doing with Ocean?" Maxine asked. Memories of last night came dragging in my head. I immediately felt nauseous, I stood up rushing to the bathroom and throw my stomach into the toilet. Anna held my hair.

I stood up and walked out of the bathroom, I could feel them walking behind me. Sitting on my bed, I try to process what had happened last night.

My mind drifted back, I drank alcohol, something I promise myself I will never do. "We drank and had a conversation and I fell asleep in his room" I tell them. But the way they were looking at me, I'm not sure they believe what I just said.

Maxine brows furrow. "Really, you just had a conversation and when did you started drinking?"she asked

"He just wanted to know about my family, that's all" I tell them.

"Why did you drink?" Anna asked. 

"I thought I would like it, and I didn't" I smile. "What's with the questions?" I said. I don't see what's wrong hanging out with Ocean.

"I was here with you last night, why didn't you tell me you were hanging out with him?" Anna ask. Why didn't I tell anyone?

"I don't know" I said honestly. "I don't even know why I drank" I bow my head down. I look up and they share a knowing look.

Maxine grab my wrist and looks at it. "That son of a bitch. I'll kill him" she groan in anger and walk towards the door. 

Anna follows calling her name and I stood up immediately to follow them. "Max" Anna calls.

"What is going on?" I ran towards the stairs. We ran down. I don't even know what's going on, it's like an apocalypse or someone chasing us.

We made it to the lobby and saw Maxine walking. How did she get here so fast. "Max" Anna calls when she enters the boys lobby, but we managed to get in before it closes. "Calm down, don't do something rational" Anna tells her.

"Did you know?" She asked her. Silence. Know what? Why are they speaking like I'm not here.

"I gave her a bracelet but he got it from her. I didn't -"

"Enough" Maxine says when the elevator dings and it opens. Maxine walks towards Ocean's door. Wait, Ocean's door? She barge into the room, the three of them sat there as they play video games, early in the morning?

"What the fûck?" Ocean stood up and so did his friends. But a slap landed on his face. I saw fangs growing from each side of his teeth. What is this?

I slowly step back, what's going on here and why does he have fang? Jesus Christ, help me lord.

Eric got in between them both. "Maxi, what's wrong?" He asked. Max eyes never leaves those cold blue eyes as they glare at each other.

"Ocean is feeding on Aria" she spill. Silence. What? I stumble back and broke something but everything was blurry.

"Aria?" I heard Anna faint voice call. She held me and that's when everything came rushing in. 

FLASHBACK

All if a sudden, I heard grunt and crying from close by, the scream was intense. I wanted to ignore but it sounded like an old man. I decided it's best if I go home but my legs me towards the direction. I walked across the road I look closely. A guy was biting through an old man neck, I couldn't see well but I know something like blood was dripping.

The man dropped to the floor, the guy turn around and saw me looking at him, I was terrified, should I run? I slowly stepped backwards as he came closer, the old my was lying on the ground cold blooded, who is this man in front of me. I couldn't see him clearly because of the darkness in the night.

"Wh-what d-did you do to him. How did you do that?" I managed to asked. His lips covered with the old man's blood, he smirked at me.

"What an interesting little girl, you wanna know what I did to him?" he said, and as if my legs work on their own, I turn around and tried to run away, but surprisingly, he was right in front of me. I yelp and tried to run away again but he grabbed my hair and pulled me back. My back was against his chest, I squirm in fear. "Since you're curious, let me show you" he whispered and that's when I felt his teeth like a fang on my neck.

I scream as something like fang dig into my pulsing neck, I cried out and moan in pain, he didn't stop, he kept biting into my neck, my eyes slowly started to close, the smell of orange cluster my nose. I thought it was my time to disappear from life.

I remember that night, it was him, the blood sucking monster. "Aria" my vision gets blurry and I feel dizzy.

FLASHBACK

The his blue pupils dilate and turn black, I felt entrance and like this has happened before, like deja vu. "I think we should go somewhere private, you'll follow me, if anyone asks you anything, we both are hanging out" he said, and I couldn't fight it, it's like he's controlling me, I nod.

"Okay." I whispered and followed him, I don't know where he's taking me but I'm following, I'm not in control of my mind or body.

We entered a cubicle at the back of the hostel. He close the door and grabbed something for the floor. A rope. Grabbing both my hands and tying them together.

He roughly moved me to the wall, he lift me up and I'm straddling him as he press me against the the wall.

"Please, don't hurt me, please, I promise I won't tell anyone" I cried and pleaded with my life, I thought he was a friend of Maxine and Anna, why does he want to hurt me.

Next thing I saw made me scared. His white eye socket turn red with a mixture of black along with his socket and veins popping from the side of his eyes, I yelled before I felt his teeth on my neck, biting, a strong pain shoot through me, my blood trickle and he kicks it, crying for my life, he suck my blood making me completely weak.

He licked all the blood on my neck and steady me up,he bit through his wrist and push into my mouth, squeezing my neck so I would gulp, my neck hurts but it started to heal leaving only a bite mark there. "Last thing you remember is a scream at the garden, you fell unconscious, I found you and helped to the elevator" he compelled.

He compelled me, how? How is it possible. What's happening here. Why? My eyes slowly closes as my knee weakens and sends me to the ground, but Anna held me. Maxine speeds up to hold me before my eyes shut. What is all of this madness?
