It has been a week. I hadn’t written in my diary in ages. I felt the urge. I need to get everything out. Darkness Falls, changed everything. We waited for Frank to fully recover before we had the farewell ceremony. We buried Scarlet. No one spoke much. I forgave her because in the end, she tried to save me. I don’t hate her, but I don’t miss the drama she brought. During the ceremony, Frank looked every bit the strong Alpha that I know he is. Afterward, he gathered the pack. Any wolves who were left that aided in the attack were punished. I voted for death, but that’s just the demon in me. My wolf is a beast. Who knew? Frank banished some. I let it be his call, but if they try to come at me again, they will die. The ones who helped defend the ranch stayed by Frank’s side. They subjugated themselves to him. It made him feel good. Personally, I am not fond of anyone kneeling to me. I know my worth. But they did pledge their lives to us, so there is that. The pack began to feel whole.
