047: Gwen Never Knew Odessa

In outrage, she hurled the tonic bottle on the table to the floor. She nattily whirled her gaze over to Oswald who was eating from a bowl of soup, without care as his mother threw a fit.

"Syrin is still alive?" The words passed her lips and they were obnoxious, she almost bit off her tongue.

"Hmmm," Oswald retorted without looking up at his mother, savoring his soup and humming at how delicious it tasted. "This is really good, Mother. I might come back soon to have some," He beamed, fueling the enthusiasm in her chest as she stormed over to him and snatched his bowl of soup, and crashed it on the floor. Oswald felt his heart plunge and he looked up at his mother with a shrieking pout. "Mother!"

Yarkona scowled. "We have bigger problems than your stupid soup!"

The pout on Oswald's face remained and he struck the spoon into his mouth and sucked on it and crossed his arms over his chest and threw his face away childishly.

"Like seriously Oswald!?" She clamored.
