Gwen walked into Odessa's room.

"Odessa?" Gwen frowned, unable to see the she-wolf on the bed, and her eyes was led to the left side of the room, where Odessa cowered in the corner, her hair all over her face, squeezed against the wall.

Gwen approached her but was stopped by a snake-like hiss from Odessa, who had not moved from her stance. Gwen's feet were hesitant, but she didn't let that stop her as she grew closer. "I brought you food; please eat,"

Gwen was gently setting the dish on the floor and slowly pushing it toward Odessa when she suddenly seized the platter and slammed the food down herthroat like she had been Starving for years.

Gwen dropped herself to the ground, sat with her knees folded, and kept a tight eye on her friend because her heart ached.

Gwen never imagined she'd see Odessa in such a plight.
