In the small border town, the midnight is the liveliest time, and the night market is filled with laughter and vitality that shines brighter than the stars in the dark blue sky. Most of the visitors of the small border town are from some small werewolf clans that are living outside the territory of the Black Kingdom. They would visit occasionally to buy some local goods and to stock up on some living essentials that could only be bought in a town. Lyor worriedly leaned on the window of the inn as he looked down at the joy-filled streets of the town.

Lyor was brought back to Samel’s room by the guard, and even Soran was placed on the bed lest someone comes again to attack them. The guard cleaned up Lyor’s wound, dabbed it with wound ointment and bandaged it neatly with a clean gauze. He took a seat on the chair next to the bed while looking at the worried Lyor. Worried that Lyor would follow the others with his condition, the guard hurriedly stood up. “
