Kabanata 40: The living dead

I take a look multiple times on the ground until I become use to the height. From where I was sitting, I could see the village where I was currently living temporarily. They were still eating when I saw them. But I couldn’t take the view, so I averted my eyes from them. Jezz, those people, why they didn’t cook their food? Don’t they know how to cooked? 

But if I will think again, I haven’t seen any fire in this place. Either they just didn’t use fire or they didn’t know what fire is. 

My eyes wide opened when an idead pop-up to my head.

Yeah, bakit hindi ko nalang sila turuan gumawa ng apoy? I’m sure it will help their village to chase away the monster at night. 

I shiver when I remember what happen last night. It’s really creep me out. Mukhang hindi ko na ata kayang matulong ng mag-isa o matulog ng mapayaba dahil sa nakita ko.
