Rosemary’s Pov

The night rolls in as slowly as the night before – I pull the curtain aside staring at the the beautiful night sky. The stars beautifully twinkle , they look like little dew drops that  lay on a flower petal in the mornings – how ever , they twinkle away. I see them twinkle like the night before , the night before that and the night before that. It has been three days and three nights since Andrew and I have left our home – our palace. It has been three long , exhausting day and three long . extremely hot and uncomfortable nights. How ever , I try not to complain much because I know that I have the easy while every one else is suffering outside.

I look through my window and my eyes lands on a dying fire – the soldiers have burnt the fire to ensure that every one has had a cooked meal. I watch all the soldier’s loudly snoring as they are hu
