Catherine's POV:
My body froze right off just when I saw her point her fingers to the black gown they were holding out to me. I withdrew my arms and held onto the towel that was covering my body, feeling slightly embarassed of my appearance in front of this elegant and beautiful young lady who just came in. She looked as if she was worth billions of dollars with her gracefulness and demeanor beside the luxurious accessories she was wearing on her neck, wrists, and ears, in comparison to my awkward and klutzy ungraceful movements together with my simple style for clothings that never did accompany any accessories like what she was wearing at the very moment.

Catherine's POV: Alpha Damien reached out, asking for my hand when my arms were still linked to Demiana. I glanced at her and she just smiled as she carefully broke the link between our arms then nodded once for each of us. Catherine's POV: I ignored my thoughts and waited until dinner was over so I could finally go to my room. I also ignored Alpha Damien's gaze the whole time and ate as much as I can whenever he tried talking to me directly. In moments where I needed to answer him I simply nodded or said "yes" or "no" but I didn't look at him in the eye. Catherine's POV: I forced my body to rise from the floor and started walking towards the bed. It was big, too big for my small body to lay on.
