I stepped into my private elevator and pressed the button for my office. As the elevator ascended, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride. I had worked hard to get to where I was, and now I was the CEO of a successful company. The doors opened to my spacious corner office.

“Scott, call the manager for me,” I instructed, opening my office door.

“Yes, sir.” I took my seat, and Daniel stood beside me.

“Daniel, you can take your seat.”

“I’m okay, sir.”

“Sir!” I laughed. “So fast!”

“We’re already in the human realm. I should address you as ‘sir’ since we are here.”

“Okay.” A knock came on the door.

“Come in.”

Scott came in with Rita.

“Sir, you called me.”

“Rita, I need you to call all the members together. I need to address them.”

“Yes, sir,” she said before walking out.

“Will you be here for some time, your majesty?” Scott asked.

“No. I have a mate now,” I replied. “I need to finish this soon to go meet her. I hate keeping her waiting.”
