He grabbed my blouse, almost tugging it out of place. With a smirk, he left me, going back to his seat. I stole a glance at him in dismay. He wasn't who I thought he would be; he was the same as every single man on this earth.
"Next time someone touches you, make sure you check your body," body," he taunted, throwing a black metallic material toward me. I looked up to see him blowing his hair back into place with his mouth like a child. It is such a devastating act to remove a piece of metal. "You could have just told me; I would have removed it myself," I exclaim, looking at the metal on the floor. He moved close to me once again, taking the metal and breaking it into pieces right before my eyes. He was like a superhuman or something. "This piece of metal is a tracking device; he was going to have you for himself forever, and you wouldn't be able to do anything about it," he retorts, standing up to take his leave. "Thank you,"I heard myself say as he walked out of the room. Still, in chains, I stared at the door, which held many memories and thoughts inside my head. The chains on my arms and legs suddenly came off, reducing the tension in my system. All of that, just to remove a tracking device. What a pushover!! The maids immediately rushed towards me, their hands ruminating on my body as they checked if I was hurt. With a furious look, I stood up, tracing Valentino, not letting him escape from my grasp. What an instinct he had, turning almost immediately to meet me like he knew I was going to follow suit. "There's a gown on your bed; put it on," he says, turning to take his leave. My hands moved on their own, grabbing his shirt and changing his direction to meet mine. "Have a little respect for me, Youngman."A smirk appeared on his lips as he stretched out his arm, throwing my hands off his clothes. "I don't have even the slightest respect for the likes of you," his words crushing me on the inside. Our eyes met, his lips twitching as he looked at me. "You're just like other men; such blood lust in your eyes," I blurted out unconsciously. My hands had also betrayed me, hitting him in the face with my palm before running towards the room. I don't know why I did it, but it suddenly felt so good. Maybe it was payback for what he did trying to bring out the tracker. Voices filled the air as his men all came towards him, worried as they looked; they felt sympathy for me. From the look on their faces, I could sense my funeral crawling in. Valentino didn't bother chasing me around, nor did he approach the door in an attempt to send me out;; he was quite thrilled about the slap he received. What a weird man!! Night fell, and I had taken to my heels. Running towards the Golden Gate , I couldn't be spotted;; I couldn't become torture material for the boss. I snuck past the guards on duty, clinging to the gate as I made an attempt to escape. The gate suddenly blared, causing my fall of trepidation. The guards took their stance, pointing their guns at me. "Madam Sasha?" After several escape plots failed, I decided to give up. Valentino wasn't interested in me yet; he wasn't letting me get out of the penthouse. I didn't want to wake up to see his charming and handsome face, his broad chest, and chest, and his muscular arm. What a tragedy to be leaving. I looked at the guards as they chatted away while having some drinks. I scouted for more guards to avoid any failures. Applying force to my legs, I jumped once more, clinging onto the gate, which blared once again. The guards came running, hearing the alarm go on. "Madam Sasha, that's not safe," safe," they screamed as I jumped off the gate onto the other side. They followed suit, trying to get me back to the penthouse. My legs ached from the landing, and landing, and my hands wobbled up like thread. The guards were fast, but I got away due to the never-the never-ending alleys I passed through. They were lost in the shades, and I was getting away quite well. After several minutes, they were off my back, and I was free to go back home. My heart rate increased over a few over a few seconds, a few seconds, and I had to get it to calm down if I was to ever run. My throat sought a resort to quench my thirst, and my legs needed some massage. Escaping wasn't my thing. "Pretty Lady, I want to have some fun." I felt a rush of fear as a hand touched my shoulder. Without hesitating, I took off once again as they chased after me. From their thick voices and black armless shirts, I recognized them as Dave's men, I was sure. "Don't let her get away." I regretted my actions. My escape only led to more trouble for me. I should have accepted Sir Valentino's words and stayed in the penthouse; I wasted such pure efforts just because of some nonsense thoughts. My ankles made a tweaking sound as I fell to the ground. The men were still a little bit behind, but behind, but I could make a run for it once more. I stood up, trying to run, but my legs failed me; walking was the only option I had. I turned to a dark alley, trying to hide my presence, but that only made my situation nastier. "We don’t bite." They finally showed up, walking slowly towards me. "Prince Charming isn't here to help you this time,, princess. We have you all to ourselves..". One of the men said he was said he was bending down to hold my chin up. I turned my face, avoiding further eye contact with their ugly eye contact. "The boss would be so happy to have her in his bed tonight.." "Help!!!!!!!"Valentino’s POV I promised if I found Sasha, I was going to make her my wife. This time for real and no longer would she be a placeholder. “Arrgh,” I screamed as Jared let me in on Sasha being kidnapped by that fool, Dave Martin. I had beaten him to a bulb and had him leave her alone. After all these years, all these moments, he had been lurking, laying siege to Sasha, and I..I foolishly let her leave into harm’s way. Sasha was a beautiful bird and a lot of predators were circling her, trying to take advantage of her. “Get me Dave on the line, Jared,” my voice hurried as I threw my fists in the air. “Dave Partner boss?” Jared questioned. I didn’t know if to smack his face or to laugh this over with but there were no jokes tonight. Only thing on my mind was getting Sasha back, here with me, whole and as my real wife. “Fuck it Jared, I’m talking about Dave Martin, get him on the line now. Didn’t you just tell me he’s the one who’s got Sasha and you're talking some gibberish.”
Sasha’s POV “Let me go…please..let..me..g…” I had a wood plank on my head and I lost consciousness. It was at this moment I wished I had not run away from Valentino. Problems seemed to follow me each time I was away from him. He was a refuge and a strong fortress for me and this time, more than ever, I hoped he’d found me. I felt a weight over my body as I slowly gained consciousness. Studying the environment, I opened my right eye slowly, as it hurt so much, and my head hurt so much to open even my very own eyes. I was tied up in a chair and I couldn’t tell where exactly I was but it didn’t seem like a warehouse. I could tell this was someone’s house but couldn’t tell who exactly it was. “I am blindfolded so how do I even know where this is,” I uttered under my breath. Maybe I should scream and some passer-by could come to my rescue or call the police and I could get out of here. I didn’t want any of those men who must have brought me here to find me here. They were damn mea
Sasha’s POV “What was that?” I yelled, my voice shaking with frustration. I couldn’t believe Emilia had let me down like this. She was the only one I had trusted with my secret, the only person who knew exactly where I was. I had begged her not to tell anyone until I was far away, safe in Spain. And now, it felt like everything was crashing down around me. I felt this deep pain in my chest like someone was pressing down on me with the weight of a thousand boulders. Everything I loved had been ripped away from me. My family was gone, my company had been stolen from me, and even Valentino—my Valentino—was no longer by my side. There was nothing left for me here. Nothing. But when I heard Valentino’s voice over the phone, it did something to me. It was like a tiny spark in a room full of darkness. My heart, which had felt so cold and broken, suddenly stirred with the smallest flicker of life. “I can’t do this anymore,” I whispered, talking to no one but myself. “I can’t stay here.
Valentino's POV I grab Emilia’s phone and frantically try to call Sasha, but I can’t get through. Frustrated, I look at Emilia coldly and ask, "Do you know where she is? What do you know about her?" "I... I don’t know," Emilia says, frowning. "Sasha is being super careful this time. She didn’t tell me where she’s staying. She said you might come looking for her through me, so she didn’t want to risk it because she thinks I can't keep a secret." Emilia pouts, looking all upset. "But it's late. Maybe she's already asleep, so not picking up isn’t that weird." Jared turns to me. "What about tomorrow?" I frown, thinking it over for a second. "Track her number. Find out where Sasha is," I say, determined. "Alright, I’ll get someone to track her phone and find her," Jared replies, nodding. Emilia just watches us, looking a little confused. She pouts again, like she’s thinking something over, but doesn’t say anything after a while. Finally, she shrugs. "You guys do your thing. I’m
Sasha's POV Fred and I are really funny after we drink too much. We keep guessing things and playing games, and we hold each other a lot.Gabriel looks annoyed as he tries to separate us, not wanting us to keep holding on to each other."Enough already! Stop it!" Gabriel frowns and says, "You’re both drunk.""We're not drunk!""Yeah, you’re the one who's drunk!" We both stare at him for a moment and then start laughing.Gabriel looks frustrated as he watches us, knowing he can’t change our minds.Luckily, Fred and I pass out after drinking. That gives Gabriel some time to clean up after us.Over the next two days, I talked with Gabriel and Fred about starting a film company in the United States. In the end, Gabriel agrees that Fred and I can work together to plan this film company.…Valentino's POV I keep searching for Sasha, but with Gabriel and Sandra causing problems for me, I haven’t heard from her at all.Jared comes to my house and tells me what he’s found during his search.
Valentino's POV Sasha disappeared, and for two days, I, Valentino, searched for her, but I couldn’t find her anywhere.Jared was looking everywhere too. He tried all kinds of things, but it felt like someone was always getting in the way. Many surveillance cameras had been hacked, and some videos were missing, so he couldn’t find Sasha directly.I was left with no choice but to use the simplest method: sending a lot of people to ask about Sasha’s whereabouts. All over the city, people were taking photos of Sasha, trying to find out where she was.But no one knew where she had gone.It was like she had vanished completely.I was losing my mind. I couldn’t believe Sasha had disappeared from my life, and I just couldn’t accept it.“It’s time for you to eat, sir,” one of the maids said, sounding worried about me. I had lost a lot of weight in just two days. “Even if you don’t eat, your wife might not show up. You should have a good meal. I don’t think she would want to see you like this.
