Sasha's POV

I walked in to find Valentino sitting on the sofa with a tense expression. Even after hanging up the phone, his face still looked grim.

I felt a bit upset.

He was clearly bothered that I went to see Gabriel.

“Sasha, I haven’t started cooking yet.” Rose said, looking at Valentino with a twitching mouth. She mentioned earlier that she’d prepare a full meal but hadn’t done anything yet.

“You can cook now,” Valentino said coldly.

If he hadn’t said that, I would have come back too late.

“Alright, boss, I’ll get started,” Rose said, going to the kitchen to begin cooking.
