"Need I remind you about the Eleanor Park case you messed up." No, Eden didn't need to be reminded.

"If you were so worried I'd mess up, why not send a more experienced agent. Like I don't know, Alec? Who's been doing this for 8 fucking years." Eden went back on the damn topic of Alec and it was annoying Malakai.

"Because you need to learn to do jobs like this. And what's with Alec? If you really want I'll turn back and make him go with you." Malakai said with a clenched jaw and frustration dripping from his voice.

Eden gave no reply, thankfully, so Malakai continued driving. The rest of the drive was silent until they reached a warehouse on the outskirts of the city. It looked vacant, but I guess that was the point.

"This gang isn't any big shot gang, but it has around 300 to 500 members. The outside isn't well guarded because they have traps around. The guy who called me turned them off for now so we could get in." Malakai explained as the two casually walked to the entrance
