Worrying about the wrong person

Leon gazed at someone from behind the tinted windows of his car. He had been sitting and engrossed in observing a woman who was distributing roses to pedestrians. His smile continued to grace his face, even though some onlookers stared at him with disapproval and a few even scoffed. However, he smiled again, as if to strengthen his resolve.

"Roses, Miss," he said, extending a single red rose tied with a beautiful yellow ribbon that read 'rose for angel' to a passerby. Several women smiled warmly as they accepted the roses he offered, becoming a source of strength for him to endure the cold weather in Los Angeles.

"Roses, Sir," he repeated as he saw a man approaching, seemingly in a hurry. But instead of taking the rose, the man, busy on his phone, bumped into the woman's hand, causing the rose she was extending to fall to the ground.
