Amber's POV

“Good girl,” he commented, his voice low and commanding as he handed the glass back to the bartender.

The words sent a shock through me, and I could feel my wolf perk up, captivated by his dominance.

“How do you feel?” he questioned, his gaze never leaving mine.

“I’m… I’m fine,” I replied, though my voice faltered a little.

I bent down to pick up my phone from the floor, but before I could reach it, his foot came down hard, crushing the phone under his leather boot.

“Oh no!” I screamed, staring at the shattered screen. “Why the hell did you do that?”

“Now, it’s just you and me, baby,” he said, a fabulous grin spreading across his face.

He sat down on the sofa beside me, his body so close that I could feel the heat radiating from him. My head spun, the alcohol and his company crushing my senses. I tried to move away, but he leaned in, his face mere inches from mine. I fell back against the plush sofa, trapped by his closeness.

“W-What are you doing?” I whispered, my hea

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 61 AGGRESSIVE BOYFRIEND

Author’s POV "Where am I?" Mason asked bluntly, his voice rough, carrying the natural authority of an Alpha. "You are in the extra room in our club. Your friend put you here last night," the bartender explained. His eyes widened in surprise, as if the words had slipped out against his will. "Friend? Who are you talking about?" Mason questioned, resting one hand on the doorframe. "I remember coming here with my girlfriend, where is she?" The bartender shifted back automatically, intimidated by the weight of Mason’s gaze and the Alpha aura that pressed on him like an invisible hand. "Um, I-I can't disclose the name of the person due to club policies, but it's just a well-wisher; that's all I can say," the bartender stammered before running away to avoid further questioning. Mason’s wolf growled inside his chest. "He is lying to us. Whoever put us in here did something nasty to us while we were asleep. I can feel it." His jaw tightened as he walked out of the hotel room, his

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 60 CRUEL INTENTIONS

Author’s POV Nate yanked the omega away from Alpha Mason, his claws half-exposed in annoyance. “What the fuck is your problem?” the girl demanded, tugging her hand free from his grip, her eyes flashing yellow. “Go away, slut,” Nate snapped, his voice carrying a small roar that made her whimper. “Asshole,” she cursed, turning on her heel and storming off. Nate’s gaze drifted back to Alpha Mason, who was walking on air and clearly drunk, staggering unsteadily as he pushed himself up from the chair. The Alpha’s usually intimidating stance was gone. His legs wobbled, his alpha aura dancing in and out. Nate smirked and moved to steady him. Mason opened his tired eyes and glared at him. “Let go of me, man,” Mason mumbled, his voice inaudible, even as Nate held his waist to keep him from falling. “You are drunk. I will take you home,” Nate offered, his tone deceptively calm. “Let me go, you are gay. I don’t trust you,” Mason mumbled again, shoving him away. He staggered f

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 59 THE KISS

Author’s POV “Stop talking about that nincompoop. I am here with you,” he declared, his voice cracking ever so slightly. His hand slid around her tiny waist, pulling her flush against his chest, the warmth of his body piercing into her. Amber’s pulse pounded in her ears, her cheeks heating until they flushed red under her warm brown skin. “Kiss me,” Alpha Xavier murmured, his tone so low it was almost a growl meant only for her ears. Amber’s eyes widened, stunned. “Stop, what has gotten into you? We are outside, in public,” she whined, though Raven tried to take over. Xavier had never acted this forward before, not even during their months of relationship. “I don’t care,” he replied, his alpha aura escaping into his tone. Before she could push him away, his lips closed the distance, brushing against hers in a featherlight kiss that made her chest tighten. She felt the faint scrape of his fang against her lower lip before his tongue pressed for entry. An electric shiver

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 58 THE OFFER

Author’s POV Amber glanced at her roommate, her yellowish-brown eyes catching the tender sparkle of moonlight through the dorm window. “Do you have dinner plans?” she inquired. “Yes, I am going out with my boyfriend,” Linda replied, tucking a strand of dark hair behind her ear. Amber sighed and rose from the bed. “I will have to find a good restaurant to eat alone then,” she muttered, hiding the hurt in her voice. “Oh, I almost forgot. I have a letter for you.” Linda reached into the inner pocket of her jeans, pulling out a folded note. She handed it over, and Amber snatched it with a speed only a she-wolf could manage. A smile curled across her rosy lips before she even opened it. Daniel often sent her letters to remind her that he was still in her life, still her protective big brother. She broke the seal, expecting his name, but instead found a short message in bold handwriting: "Meet me outside at 8:00 p.m." No name. No signature. Amber’s brows furrowed as she lift

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 57 LIES

Author's POV Amber’s voice was hush but firm as she pressed a hand to her chest. “Yes, I do, more than ever. I just need to look for a way to escape from his clutches. I am not an object, I am an able-bodied she-wolf, not a pawn in his twisted games.” Raven howled inside her at the mention of “Clutches,” seething at the idea of being owned. "We don't belong to anyone, especially that alpha asshole, who doesn't give a damn about anyone and just wants to satisfy his sexual urges." Raven commented with a growl. “Who said you are an object?” Nate questioned, arching a perfect brow. “No one did, but that’s the way Alpha Mason is treating me,” Amber mumbled. “I just need my parents to get the property papers for our house, and then I can be free from him.” Nate’s frown deepened, one hand unconsciously stroking his chin as though calculating a strategy. “What does your house have to do with Mason?” Amber’s lips pressed into a thin line. “Um, he has the authority to make my pare

  • Bully Me, Alpha   Chapter 56 HAIR COLOR

Author’s POV The sharp smell of the chemical still stung her nose, making her eyes water. "Brownie, are you okay?" Xavier asked again, stepping closer. His forest green eyes scanned her over, concern engraved on his face. Amber’s arms were wrapped tightly around herself, the fear and shock getting the better of her. "Don't touch her. You guys need to go wash this chemical off your coat and hair," the teacher remarked. Amber didn’t hesitate. She rushed to Mason’s side, her fingers wrapping around his warm, strong hand. His aura was safe and grounding, though she hated to admit it. "Let's go," she commented, though deep down, she wished she could have taken Xavier’s hand instead. Xavier’s heartbeat jacked up in his chest as he watched her lead Mason out of the laboratory. The feeling of being ignored by the love of his life and mate hit him like a punch to the ribs. "What are you waiting for? Go!" the teacher barked, giving Xavier’s shoulder a shove. Amber escorted Mas
