Capitolo XXXI

We fucked until the sun peaked on the horizon. The last one, I didn't entirely remember except for the wave of intense pleasure. I was sure I passed out after that, spent, glowing, and with the smell of Lucas all over me. I hadn’t even bothered to check up onLucas, but I know he was as spent as I was.

Instead of a sunlit room, I've woken to a dark cave, with a forbiddingly soft comforter covering my naked body. The thick velvet curtains barricaded the noon sun to enter Lucas’ room. To say that the room was a mess was an understatement. Pillows were all over the floor, and a part of the bedsheet. Our clothes were all over the place, things from the nightstand scattered everywhere. It was like a crime scene. And if fucking was indeed a crime, then somebody call the fucking cops.
