CHAPTER 54: FIRST CONFRONTATION

REAH'S POV

The door soon opened again and Gamma Louis walked in. The anger and hatred in his eyes had disappeared. His eyes were a little lowered and he seemed to be dragging his feet as he made his way over.

"What are you doing here again, Louis?" Beta Mathew seemed worn out as he questioned.

"I'm sorry," Gamma Louis replied. He raised his eyes to look at me "I'm sorry, Luna," He mumbled again.

It was strange and sudden. He left a few minutes ago with anger and hatred only to return to apologize. What was going on?

"Why..."

"I let my emotions get the better of me earlier. Please, forget everything I said. I'm so sorry," He apologized even more and even bowed. "I deserve death for everything I said to you, Luna. As a Gamma, I defiled our rules and I deserve to die. Please, grant me death, Luna." He continued and my brows furrowed.

    REAH'S POV Our breathing connected, my forehead was filled with sweat and with half-closed eyes, I looked at the man who was creating hickeys on my chest. "Are you tired?" He asked hoarsely.
