Alec’s POV It was another week. Yet, another day to see the face of a man I wished I didn't have to. Every new day of a new week was a day to meet up with the Alpha at the dining hall. It hadn't happened in the last three weeks because I didn't want to go. But it didn't change the rules or anything. There was no way I would ignore today. “Good morning, Beta Alec.” “Good morning and how are you?” I adjusted my coat. The weather wasn't so nice this morning, it hasn't been nice since a night ago. “Have a good day—” I added as I walked towards the living room. Rain's POV What. Just. Happened? The kiss was short. Very short. Strangely, it had an effect on me. At that instant, my mouth opened, and I shut it back. What could I say now?
