Chapter two: No escape

Jasmine stood at the front door, looking like she just saw a ghost. Her mouth was wided and she wasn't even blinking at all but she was drooling.

The young handsome man walked in with a different aura.

The man's hair was dark and glossy, slicked back from his face. His eyes were a piercing blue, like ice chips, and his lips were full and sensual. His jawline was strong and angular, and his cheekbones were sharp and defined. His skin was fair and unblemished, with a healthy glow. He was tall and muscular, with broad shoulders and a slim waist. Everything about him screamed attractiveness, and Jasmine couldn't help but gulp down her saliva subconsciously.

The Handsome man strode to her front and stamp his hands in front her startling her from her deep slumber.

"I know I'm handsome but I would advise not to stare at me like a slut." He rudely said before walking past her.

Jasmine folded her fist angrily with an irritated look.

Handsome but arrogant.

"And who the hell do you think you're to come into my house and start calling me a slut? Mr. Man" She blunted with hands folded to her chest.

She needs to know who this rude jerk is.

There was deep silence in the room and it felt like no one heard her. "Mother! You sit there and watch this thing" She irritatedly flipped her hands demonstrating how disgusted he is to her. "This thing here, insult me. In my father's house."

The handsome man made a smirk and his face suddenly became cold. " Taylor, you sit here and watch your daughter emphasize me as a thing? I must say she lacks manners, and it should be blamed on you."

Jasmine eyebrows creased into a frown. " How dare you raise your filthy mouth to call him Taylor. He's not near your mates." She yelled dashing towards him to launch him a good slap but the man was too fast to hold her wrist.

He snarled. "The audacity."

Jasmine glared at the man gripping her wrist in a careless manner, his chiseled features and broad shoulders giving him an imposing presence. His eyes were cold and hard, and his mouth was set in a firm line. There was an air of arrogance and superiority about him, as if he felt he was better than everyone else. Despite his handsome looks, there was something off-putting about him, an edge of cruelty and disdain. His very presence made others uncomfortable, and it was clear he did not care what they thought of him.

Jasmine winces in pain. "Haa, I'm in pain. He's hurting me." She cried out, Ella who was watching rushed to her and threw the young man a dagger look.

"Who the hell are you!! Leave her wrist now!" She yelled angrily while the man laughed sarcastically before dropping her wrist.

She staggered back and her face hardened.

"I'm sorry for her nonchalant behavior, she isn't usually like this." Taylor pleaded with mercy, Jasmine scoffed with disbelief.

Really?

"Who is he?" She asked again, interrupting them again.

"Curiosity" he sneered and smiled. "Anyways, even if she's hardened, I'm ready to teach her a lesson. I'm still going to marry her." He declared leaving the three siblings dumbfounded.

" M….m…marry who?" Jasmine stuttered.

Yeah he was handsome and good looking, but yet she didn't imagine her getting married to him.

"He's the one you're getting married to. Nicholas Damian." Taylor announced and Jasmine felt the world was spinning around.

Nicholas Damian? The ruthless billionaire. He has never seen him face to face and she doesn't even know what he looks like but then he's suddenly here? He makes tough decisions that ruins the life of other people and she has always avoided his statics in her company. She did well to avoid his interference and now she's getting married to him?! Hell no! It isn't possible.

She laughed anxiously and shook her head in disbelief. "Wait.. no," she snickered again. "Okay, I know this must be a joke, right?" She asked but they didn't reply.

She frowned. "Are you telling me now that I'm getting married to him! Tomorrow!"

Jasmine looked closer to him. Yes he's handsome but .. he's a Jerk!

"This is shit!" Jasmine tightly held her bag and turned her back walking to the end of the door.

Damian frowned in disbelief. "You dare not walk out on me." He ordered but she just glared at him and opened the door before slamming it back.

She strode to her SUV and started the engine.

No, it can't be happening to me right now.

"She walked out on me!!! Guy." Nicholas Damian yelled angrily, still not getting over what happened earlier ago.

He was in his office with his friend Carlos.

Carlos is one of his first business partners and since they made a great team, he decided to make friends with him.

He couldn't call him best friend because they were like brothers but had different parents.

Carlos laughed, " Nic, could you calm your nerves down first. She must have been in shock, she couldn't take the whole situation. Imagine you don't know about all this and you don't have a mission, I'm sure you would be as surprised as she is." He tried reasoning but Damian shook his head.

" This girl is so different and I'm starting to hate her Carlos. I don't think I can cope with someone like her. Can you imagine she raised her hands to slap me. She has this gut which baffles me."

" She's one of a kind then. Believe me you would enjoy the moment with her." Carlos winked at him and he threw him a dagger look. "But honestly, I should be frank with you, I can't believe you're getting married without informing her."

" Who?" Damian asks with raised eyeballs.

The door opened with force and they both turned their faces to meet with the most terrifying thing they could ever think of.

" Really? You're getting married tomorrow?" The voice sneered, giving shocks into Damian's spine.
