Aftermath of the drunk night

RUBY~

When I woke up, I was in so much pain and I could barely stand up. 

My hands and legs are numb, my eye was also very dim and the lids are heavy. 

But nevertheless, it's a new day today, I can't ruin it by staying late in bed late so I put all my energy into standing up only to see that I'm naked! 

My eyes widened. What on earth happened last night? 

I tried to recollect any information from last night but I failed in my attempt because my head was hurting like hell, and I couldn't make anything out of what happened last night. 

I remember getting drunk at the movie premiere, then - Pyrrhus came out of nowhere and take me bring me back home..... Then....

Damn! What have I done!!

I scrambled out of bed despite the discomfort I was feeling and quickly put on a simple gown and stepped out of the room.

Getting outside, I met Kate there waiting for me with hangover soup on the tray she was carrying. 

Her face lit up immediately she saw me, "My Luna. You're awake?"

"Umm. Good morning" I greeted. "Where's Pyrrhus?"

"Why aren't you calling me hubby?" A clear voice came from behind us and I turned. 

"My King" Kate bowed. But I stood frozen, biting my lips as if it was the culprit of my drunkenness. 

"Why aren't you talking My Luna?" His voice mocking tone asked again and i looked into his eyes and caught him smirking at me with those mesmerizing eyes that could make any girl fall in love with him. 

*Ruby what are you thinking of!!

I wished the ground open up for me to crawl in but all I could see about me was the tilled floor that refused to grant my wish of parting. 

I don't know how to start tabling my excuses and explanation but I nevertheless sighed even though I was twisting my hand together nervously "Last night ..."

"Yes about last night. You gave me most terrible test of my life last night and what I passed through last night, I pray I never experience such stress again" He held the white porcelain coffee cup, put it to his lips, and gently took a sip, "I had to even provide my ID card for identification"

My heart thumped. Just what did I do last night? "Alright" I muttered softly, "I'm really sorry that I... that I caused you alot of troubles,but I don't remember any of what I've done"

To my surprise, the corner of his lips lifted slightly, "You didn't do anything. So you don't need to remember anything"

"Oh....." I literally don't know who to react in this kind of situation. I merely scratched my palm, "Then why did you...." 

"Yes. I don't want to experience what happened last night again and yet, I love last night" he said again with a sly smile that got me wondering what on earth is going on in his brain. 

I frowned and pocketed my wet palms before striding to his side with a curious glare, "Why do I feel you're hiding something from me?" 

"Why should I hide anything from you?" He trolls cornily, "You kissed me last night and even hug me willingly. You call me hubby, whined at me, vomited on me, and...." 

"STOP!" I ordered.

My heart beat increased to the most faster tempo it could grab. I really kissed him last night?

It was as of his words was a key that unlocked the memories of last night in my mind and I wished I could wipe his memory. 

I really vomited on him at the hotel and then vomited on him again in the room before he carried me to the bathroom. 

RUBY MOON YOU'RE REALLY PITIFUL!!! my mind screamed. 

I was so embarrassed that I wanted to slap myself because I remembered telling Pyrrhus that I don't want to do such things with him. But I.... 

Damn!!!

"Why are you silent?" He reached out and tapped me, "Did you need me to remind you more of last night?"

"I... I'm really sorry" I whimpered slowly, "Can you find a space in your mind to dump everything that happened last night?" 

"Everything except the kiss" He growled. 

I rolled my eyes. He could be proud now that I've made a one night mistake. "I promise you there's never going to be a second time"

"How sure are you?" Pyrrhus raised his eyebrows.

"I'm very sure, there won't be a next time. At least not until I get out of here in the next five months"I retort back. 

Pyrrhus glared at me leisurely for a while and I felt caught up under his gaze but then he nodded before walking out of my sight without any other words. 

"Urgh!" I heaved a long sigh of relief. I'm sure he's throwing his angry fit again. If I hadn't got myself so drunk perhaps I would be the one demanding explanation for where he's gone to for two weeks from him.

I hissed angrily at myself for getting caught up like this and I heard footstep behind me. I turned around shockingly, thinking he'd came back but it was Kate. 

"What's wrong My Luna?" 

My heart was still thumping at the shock but I managed to clam down, "I'm fine. You can go give the hangover soup to Pyrrhus" 

"The King doesn't eat these kid of soup if he doesn't have a goodnight sleep" Kate respond, "Last night, he has a hard time sleeping after showering, he can only come together after eating really alot of food"

I looked up at Kate abruptly, "What did you mean Pyrrhus doesn't sleep well? Don't tell me it was because of me? "

"Em... " Kate fidgeted, "He spend half of the night carrying you each time you fall to the ground while sleep walking. I only came to help him some minutes to daybreak" 

This rang another hammer to my brain. Now that cold jerk has something against me again. 

Forcing a smile at Kate, "You go and continue with your work. I'll come down for breakfast soon"
