ARABELLA.

My eyes open to my white ceiling and I let out a sharp breath, the events of the previous night going through my mind. My lips stretch into a smile as I remember how amazing it felt and how Alex was.

I never thought my first time would be with a mysterious boy who lives next street, but I wouldn’t change a single thing about it.

It was just… perfect. Alexander was perfect the entire time and my body still tingles from the way he held me so tight and so close after– almost as if he’s afraid I’d break.

Most importantly, he said he likes me. Right before he took what I wanted to give him. I can’t think of any other perfect timing. It was almost as if he had it planned.

I chuckle to myself and turn on my side, only for my smile to fade when the space next to me is empty. He’s gone.

I sit up on the bed, wincing at the slight discomfort between my thighs as I spread my hand across the mattress. It isn’t warm, so he must have left for a while.
