Zafira’s head spun as she suddenly felt a wave of nausea hit her. She rushed to the bathroom while her stomach was twisting painfully.

Before she could react, she fell to her knees and vomited into the toilet. Her body trembled and her mind was racing. She couldn’t understand why she felt this way, why her body seemed to be betraying her so suddenly.

As she sat back against the wall and wiped her mouth, she looked up to find Azrael and Raffy- that child, both were standing in the doorway and their dark eyes never left her.

A pang of anger, revenge, and pain erupted in her heart. The weight of Azrael's gaze sent an uneasy chill down her spine.

"Azrael?", Her voice cracked as she was confused and weak.

Azrael didn’t speak immediately. His gaze lingered for a moment longer before he stepped closer as his presence made her heart race.
