Vanessa entered the lavatory and saw Kaylee washing her hands. It was still in the morning, so no one was in the lavatory apart from the two of them. Vanessa pulled at Kaylee's arm and Kaylee yanked her arm off before turning to face her. "What is your problem?", Vanessa urged angrily Kaylee glared at Vanessa and Vanessa pushed her on her chest. "Answer me", Vanessa said again with sharp, threatening eyes. "Why do I have to answer you?", Kaylee finally spoke up. "It seems yesterday was not enough for you. Can't you just leave my boyfriend alone?", Vanessa said in frustration and aimed for Kaylee's hair. Kaylee wasn't going to allow her to win this time. There was no girl or Zoe to back Vanessa up, she could fight this spoilt brat on her own. Kaylee reached out quickly and yanked Vanessa's hair very hard, making Vanessa lose her grip on Kaylee's air. Kaylee moved very fast and pinned Vanessa to the wall. She held her hands firmly at her back and pressed her body to the wall.
Immediately Kaylee left the lavatory, she met Anna who was walking towards class. "Hey Anna!", Kaylee called out to her and Anna turned back to look at who had called her. Kaylee walked up to her and when she got there Anna had a frown on her face. "Hey, girl! Are you okay?", Anna asked in concern as she raised Kaylee's hands one after the other. She even turned Kaylee so that her back was facing her. She checked under her chin, and inside her ears, and when she was about to go for Kaylee's eyes, Kaylee hit her hand away playfully. "I am fine. What is wrong?", Kaylee asked. "I heard about what happened to you at practice yesterday, are you sure you are okay?", Anna asked again in concern. "Yeah" "I am sorry I could not be there for you", Anna said with misty eyes. "It's fine, really", Kaylee assured her. "How did you get to know about it anyways?", Kaylee asked as they walked to class. "Oh, I heard the girls talking about it", Anna replied and they walked into the class. ...
Kaylee dressed up like every other day and made her way to the house next door after eating a light snack. She knocked on the door and Kavinsky opened it almost immediately, he was already waiting for her anyways. He invited her into the house and Kaylee entered easily. The funny thing which got Kaylee amazed was that since the day she came here the first time to teach Kavinsky how to play the piano when she had met Kavinsky's mother, she had not met her again after that. That's like two weeks back from now. Kaylee shrugged off the thought as she walked further inside. Kavinsky walked past her and went to the dining table. Kaylee watched as he continued emptying his backpack. She walked to his side and looked at all the content on the table; his notebooks, his pens, yeah that's right, pens, he had more than a pen but for some unknown reason, Kaylee was not surprised. She saw other things on the table too. "What are you looking for?", she asked before her eyes fell on a certain te
It was the weekend already and Kavinsky woke up late as usual. He walked slowly to the bathroom and had his bath. After having his bath, he walked downstairs and met his mother and his father, already sitting down on their usual seats in the dining room. "You did not even wake me up for breakfast", Kavinsky said as he sat on his seat at the dining table. "Good morning to you too", Mrs. Mark replied as she rolled her eyes at her son before standing up to serve Kavinsky his food as well. "You are getting older, son. Before we know it now, you would be going to college, you have to learn to do things yourself, son. Nobody is going to wake you up in the morning for breakfast and also-", his father started advising him. "I know, Dad", Kavinsky cut in and took a spoonful of his food. "Right", Mr. Mark replied as he heaved a sigh of withdrawal. "Why are you not in the hospital anyways?", Kavinsky asked. "I took the day off", Mr. Mark replied as he continued to eat. "What? Why?" "Wh
Vanessa walked out of the laboratory with the excuse that she had to use the toilet. As Vanessa walked down the hallway, she took a turn opposite the toilet. Vanessa walked down the hallway and knocked on the door. "Come in!", Mr. Bull's voice sounded from the other side of the door and Vanessa pressed down the handle. Vanessa smiled immediately after she got inside and Mr. Bull smiled back at her. This girl was someone he should normally be nice too. Someone who he should somehow be respectful of. With the amount her father donates to the school every year, Vanessa was held in high prestige at Seattle high school. "What can I do for you, dear?", Mr. Bull asked in his nicest voice. Vanessa took her seat in front of his table and spoke up. "I have cramps all over my body", she said with a pitiful pout. Mr. Bull was confused at first. If she has cramps all over her body, then why is she here? What does she mean exactly? "Oh okay, I will make sure to place a call to the school nu
Anna and Kaylee kept checking inside the locker for Kaylee's clothes but the only clothes they found there were Kaylee's basketball game practice clothes. No traces of the clothes she had left there. "How am I going to return these costume clothes?", Kaylee said as she gripped her hair tightly. She was starting to freak out. "I can't walk in these sweat-soaked and dirty clothes", she said again and Anna spoke up. "Come on, let's go and complain to the school management. Cause I don't even want to understand how the clothes you left in your locker would go missing in the first place", Anna said out of concern. They heard the bell ring all of a sudden, it was time. Classes were about to be continued for the day. "Someone took it", Kaylee finally said and seethed. "Yeah, we should find the person and teach her a big lesson!", Anna said in a very evil and harsh tone. Kaylee looked up at Anna and that was when she noticed a movement in the dark corner of the room. They were the onl
Kavinsky got up from his seat. Even if he did not know much, he knew this little. Vanessa and Kaylee weren't friends. The way they had looked at each other that day in the hallway was just the outer part, there must be other things attached to those glares they were giving each other. He knew also that Vanessa did not come to the track field and she insisted and lied to him that she came, why would she lie in the first place if she was not trying to cover something up? Now, Kaylee is looking for her missing clothes and Vanessa is nowhere to be found. Could it be just a coincidence? At the same time? He stood up immediately from his seat and walked to the English teacher. Mr. Sean liked Kavinsky anyways, Kavinsky had never gotten a B2 in his subject, it had always been an A1. When Kavinsky got to his front, Mr. Sean, the English language teacher smiled at him but Kavinsky had no time to reply to any smiles right now. "I need to use the toilet sir", he said politely. "Okay", Mr. S
Kaylee walked back into the school with Kavinsky and he left her hand when they got to the front of the girls' basketball team changing room. "Will you be fine?", he asked and she nodded. "I am really sorry about what Vanessa did to you. Accept my apology in her stead", he said with a cute frown and Kaylee smiled at it. "It's fine, really", she replied as she looked at the clothes in her hand. "You should change", he said as he stretched his hand towards the door of the changing room. "I can't wear this anymore, it's dirty", she replied with a sad look as she stared at the clothes in her hand. "Oh", he said and looked at her clothes as well. After a short while, he spoke again. "Would you wear my shirt instead?", he asked in concern. "What?", Kaylee widened her eyes in shock. What was he saying now? "This one that I am wearing on top", he quickly said as he pointed to the shirt he had worn as a jacket on top of his white round-neck top. Kaylee stared at the jacket for a whi
